I wake up to a halt from someone screaming in the room. I rub my eyes open and sit up and see that Caspar is across the room yelling at someone over the phone. He looks mad, really mad. I want to say something and ask him who he is talking to but I know that if I do it could cause even more screaming.

"What the fuck Sawyer, I need the money now!" His voice is raspy and loud. Why did he need money from him?

"No I'm not going to wait any fucking longer fucking bitch. Give me the money tonight or you will die." He shouts, startling me even more. He looks around the room listening to whatever Sawyer was talking about. Why does it always seem like he needs to get things from people, or the other way around. I'm beginning to think that these "friends" he has aren't really his friends.

"No! Fuck you!"'

"Who are you talking to?" I ask even though I know the answer to it. I just wanted to have him know I was awake. As he doesn't bother to turn around and answer me, I grab my phone from the bedside table and check the time on it. It was seven thirty at night. Natalie and I were going to be doing something at 8.

"I really need to go," I say in hopes Caspar would hang up the phone and pay attention to me. He pulled the middle finger out at me and I gasped in shock. He was being so rude.

I begin to slip out of the covers and start putting on my clothes. I step into my jeans and start putting my shirt on when Caspar charges over and throws my shirt across the room angrily. He sets the phone down and grabs a hold of my arm, having a tight grip onto it. I yelp in pain.

"Please let me go, you're obviously angry," I start to say but he throws me onto the bed.

"You aren't fucking going anywhere right now, do you hear me? You can't leave this place until I say it's safe." He warns and looks at me.

"What are you even talking about?" I ask, my voice full of concern. My tone is quiet, but now I'm the one starting to get mad. Why he is being so angry and aggressive. He is never like this.

He doens't say anything and picks up the phone again and yells some more. I don't say anything afraid he will do something else to me. Why was he saying it wasn't safe out there? It's a fucking college, what couldn't be safe out there? I'm just going back to my dorm? What is so wrong about that.

Caspar is now yelling at Sawyer about the money thing again and swears some more. With all the yelling that was going on I'm surprised nobody has knocked on his door yet and complained about all the noise. I was starting to think something was up, but I didn't want to intrude. He was already mad enough and I definitely don't want him mad at me.

After five minutes from the time he pushed me on the bed and told me it wasn't safe outside, he angrily hangs up the phone and throws it across the room. The phone vaults into the wall with a loud thud but doesnt't crack or break. If it did break I don't think Caspar would have minded. He didn't seem to notice I was laying on the bed worried and scared for whatever was going on and he grabbed his jacked from the chair and grabs his keys from the table.

"Where are you going?" I ask.

"Fuck, you ask a lot of questions." He replies. His tone is flat.

"I want to know where you are going and why I can't leave this room." I explain.

"Don't worry about it. Just don't go outside until you get a phone call from me, got it?" I nod but still don't understand.

"Understand?" He barks, trying to get me to understand his harsh "rules."

He shoves his phone into his pocket and puts on a dark black jacket and zips it up. He walks over to a desk and open a drawer and pulls out something and I immediately back away when I notice what it was. It was a switch blade. What the fuck is he doing with that?
