---Mitchel's POV---

I jumped out of the car away from the grip of his claws. I bolted into the Woods running as fast as I possibly could.

I couldn't hear him running behind me any longer. I slowed down and peeked behind me. He was a few yards away, watching me silently.

He looked me straight in the eye and howled aggressively and suddenly run off. His two Black wolves followed behind him.

All of a sudden, the scar behind my neck started to hurt so bad. It felt like intense heat was being applied to my neck. Ugh. It hurt so bad and I couldn't bare it anymore. I fell on my back as this agonizing pain was becoming unbearable. My vision was dying out until I finally passed out.

---Dylan's POV ---

I drove looking for Mitchel but I couldn't find him. Until I heard some screams coming from a fair distance away.

I found Mitchel laying on the floor, unconsciously. Just as I got out to pick him up, his mom came with some teenage guys behind her. They brushed me away and picked him up.

"Hey! Who are they? " I asked looking confused.

"Don't worry he'll be fine now. Go get some rest Dylan, " She replied before kissing me goodbye. Leah was like a mother to me. She cared just as much as any mother would care for her own child.

I walked away and drove home to see if there was anything good showing on tv in order to cool my mind down a little.

---Mitchel's POV---

The place was pitch black

I could barely see.

The room seemed to brighten up a little and a beautiful shade of blue.

I found myself sitting next to a huge wolf. The one I assumed to be dead years ago. He looked at me as I had just woken up from a slumber.

"The Alpha has revived me Mitchel, " The wolf said

"Wait, why on earth would he do that? "

"I don't know. But nothing he does is for free. Everything always comes with a price tag. "

"But I don't remember my past.  I can't even remember you."

"I know you can't. He took away your memory of me which began to kill me slowly, until he completely broke me. I'm the emptiness you've been feeling every since you were fifteen. It was the fact that I, your other half, was taken away from you but you couldn't remember. "

"You left a scar on my heart, an empty vacuum. I have been feeling weak ever since.  "

" I'm alive now.  That void is filled. I'll revitalize myself over time. And the only thing that keeps me going is your mate. She's my prized priority. Keep her close to you and she might actually help fill your vacuum. "

I began to feel drowsy while the place began to brighten and I couldn't see anymore.

My name echoed around the place

"Mitchel. Mitchel.  Mitchel..."

--- Leah's POV---

After a long sixteen hours wait Mitchel finally responded to our calls.

He opened his eyes slowly and his deep brown eyes seemed to be more brighter than usual.

He woke up feeling confused about where he was. I had taken him to the pack house.

Indeed our family were the only werewolf family in Forks but I never said our family was a small one. We had brothers, sisters, cousins, have all had wonderful betas as children. The Gales are a strong pack.

We've fought along each other since I was little. I come from a long line of red wolves which are very rare in this world. Every red wolf is born an alpha and cannot be robbed of it.  Every pack has got to have an alpha so since Henry died, I have taken matters into my own hands to continue with the affairs of the pack.

"Mum, where am I?"

"It's the pack house son, "

"Pack house?! I thought we were the only werewolf family in Forks!" He exclaimed

"We are. We are just a really large family. And now that your wolf is back, we have to quickly link you with the affairs of the pack before The Alpha takes advantage of your condition."

"So what exactly are u saying, " He asked in confusion

"You have to isolate yourself from the world which includes school until you gain full control of your shifts. Until then you will remain under the care of your cousins in the pack house."

He looked at me with pain and frustration beaming in his eyes.

---Mitchel's POV---

What the hell was she doing to me? She wanted to refrain me from socializing in public until my wolf was completely healed.

"Will we ever see our mate again?" The distanced sound of my wolf's voice echoed in my mind.
