---Unknown's POV---

Mitchel couldn't control himself on the field. He almost shifted in front of all of them but he dashed off in time. He also gave that dude a hefty blow which landed him in the hospital.

Tomorrow's a full moon. There would be lots of drama tomorrow at the game.

Don't worry young Mitchel. Soon all your troubles will be over. Sooner than anyone expected.

Friday

Game day

---Mitchel's POV---

It's Friday. Tonight's the huge game. Tonight is the full moon. The full moon has this strange pull on our kind. I heard it only takes true control to be able to deal with it and since it was my first time, things aren't looking very pretty for me. Looks like tonight's gonna be a crazy night.

Despite the incident on Monday, Dylan and I made the first line. I finally made the first line.

Jackson hadn't been in school since the incident. Guess he's not gonna show up for the game either. I got down from my car and started to walk towards the entrance when I bumped into the person I least expected, Emily.

"Hey, I haven't really seen you since you came back. Where have u been?" She asked

"Its complicated." I answered. I could feel the disappointment on her face.

"Now, last night, you really injured Jackson. What happened out there? " Emily asked again looking grim. I was starting to feel as if I was in an interrogation room.

"I know I'm sorry but it's the game, maybe I was a little rough but it's okay. To be honest I was just mad because all the cheers were for him. I just needed someone to cheer me on, "

She let out a tiny giggle as if she were teasing me

"Let's head for science, don't want to be late do you?" She asked changing the subject.

"Cool."

---Emily's POV---

Mitchel and I had science together. He escorted me into the class and we sat on the same bench.

I received a text from Jackson saying he's not coming to school today but he's coming to watch the game this afternoon.

"Jackson?" Mitchel whispered being curious, noticing my mood change while reading the text.

"Um. Yeah. He's coming to the game tonight. "

"Oh great." He stated with some sarcasm in his voice. I could feel him get even more pissed so I put my phone in my bag and continued with the class experiment.

---Mitchel's POV---

My day has been full of my mate and I. She completes me. We talked a lot, had lunch in the cafeteria and even skipped French class to go for a walk on the field. It was just perfect.

But now, the sun was setting fast and the night was drawing nigh. The supported from the other school's team started filing in to take their seats in the stands. I was starting to feel the pull of the full moon which made me very subtle.

"Mitch. We have about an hour before the game starts, can u do me a favour? " Dylan asked as we sat on the bench in the locker room listening to coaches pre-match 'speech'.

I nodded

"Rachel is probably on her way to the stands. Do you mind asking her if she would like to go to the dance next week? "

"Rachel? Oh okay cool. I'll ask her, " I said before getting up and walking out the door.

I found Rachel standing near the coach's office listening to music on her ipod.
