David and Liza ; High school

Chapter seven- just the usually ?

David POV ;

When Liza asked me that I honestly didn't know what to say . I liked her but I wasn't gonna say it like that . Because if I did what if she didn't like me back ? Everything would be so awkward and weird . So I just decided to say something simply . " Because you seem cool to be around " she then had a little smile on her face . Then she had gotten a call from Gabbie . " David do you want to go to Gabbie's place ?" She asked I guested Zane and her were going ." Yea sure tell her we will be their in 10" then Liza told her and hung the phone up . As we where driving Liza found something " is this your camera ?" She asked holding it " Yea I take videos and pictures with t " I added while she looked at it " Wow , I never thought that a boy like you would take pictures and videos " we both laughed and she handed me the camera . I turned it on and started to record her " Hey Guys this is my new friend Liza !" I say at the camera she then smiles and laughs a little and waved at the camera . I then turned it off after like a minute or two . When we arrived at Gabbie's we parked in front of the house and walked up to the door . Gabbie and Zane met us their and we then walked in.

Liza POV ;
When we walked into Gabbie's place we went into the living room and just sat down . " anyone want a snack or a drink ?" She asked " I'll take a soda " I say " You got some fruit ?" Zane asked and she nodded and she walked into the kitchen . " I'll be right back , I gotta use the bathroom ." David got up and walked down a hall and it was just me and Zane . He then scooted over to me " can I tell you something. ? " he asked " but you got to promise you won't say anything to the person okay ?" He then added . " okay what is it ?" I asked " David , he likes you " when he said that my heart kinda dropped . Did David really like me or was Zane just playing with me ." Your serious ?" He asked and he nodded ." He likes being your friend but why would he come to your window in the middle or the night if y'all where just friend ?" He added and he had a point . Then he moved back to his seat and soon both David and Gabbie came back . She had my soda and some fruits like oranges,apples,and strawberries . David sat next to me and it made me think . Maybe he does like me . We were at Gabbie's for a while from 12:15 to 3:30 . Soon me and David left . Once again the drive home was silent . When we arrived at my house my moms car was in the drive way and she was getting out of the car . " Hey mom what are you doing back ? " I asked looking shocked " The meeting was canceled so I got a one way back here " she said as she came to me to hug me . She then looked behind me and saw David " Who's this ?" My mom asked looking surprised " mom this is David , David this is my mom " she walked to her to shake her hand . " nice to meet you " My mom says " nice to meet you two ." " Well your dad won't be home until later tonight so David why don't you come in for a bit ?" I smiled and we walked to the door . " Give him a tour and I'm going to go upstairs and unpack " my mom says as she walks up the stairs with her little bag . I then gave David the tour of the house down stairs now we were going up stairs .

David's POV ;

Liza was giving me a tour of the house and then we found ourselves upstairs . " that's my parents room " she says while pointing at a white door . " and this is mine " she says as she walked up to another door and opens it . Her room was huge and girly . We then walked in and I turned around to see it all " Wow it looks different during the day then night " I say with a laugh and she giggles to . I sat down on her bay window and she sat beside me . It got silent again and once again I didn't know what the hell to say . I turned to her and she turned to me . She smiled . I swear Liza has one of the cutest smiles ever . I leaned in close to her face and she leaned in to me . And then we kissed . Just a little kiss that lasted only 5 seconds . After we pulled away Liza looked down and then her mom opened the door . " do y'all want anything to drink ?" She asked . I looked at Liza and I could tell she was shocked . I didn't know what to do " I'm sorry I have to go, my mom wants me home " I say as I get up " but it was nice meeting your Mrs Koshy " I say and I walk out of the room and down stairs to the front door . And I left

Liza's POV ;

My mom stood their for a second after David left. I looked up at her so she wouldn't expect something happened ." Mom I'm kinda hungry " I say  and she smiled " two of my famous house sandwiches coming up " she said and I laughed . She closed the door behind her . I looked out my window to see David getting into his car and driving off . Why did he just leave like that ? Most importantly why did I kiss him ?
I think I might like the skater boy ...
