David and Liza ; High school

Chapter twentyone -Why are they here ?

David's POV ;
I woke up this morning around 7:20. I got dressed and I grabbed my bag and headed down stairs . I walked into the kitchen and I saw my little siblings . They were suppose to be at school ." Why aren't y'all at school ? " I asked looking at all 3 of them . " Mom didn't wake us up " Sara says as she took a sip out of a juice box . " Guys come on" I say and they grab their bags and we head out the door . We walk to Mrs Drey house and we ring the door bell . She answers ." She forgot again " I say " it's okay I'll take them "  she says . " thank you " I say and she nods . I head back up the road to my bus stop and I wait . About 5 minutes later my bus comes and I get on . I look and see that Liza had a spot open right next to her so I sit . She leaned towards me and she took a picture . We both laughed .

Liza POV ;
We soon arrived to school and made it to home base . The announcements came on and talked about what's happening this week . " Tomorrow is dance team try outs from 4-4:30 " I hear my dad say on the speaker " Liza are you going to try out ?" Kristen asked me I shook my head " Come on Liza you should we all are " Gabbie says with puppy dog eyes " ugh fine " I say and Gabbie hugs me .

David's POV ;
It was the last period of the day . I only had it with Alex and Dom . The principle aka Liza's dad walks in and whispers something to the teacher.
" David can you come here real quick " he says . I stood up and walk towards the front and Mr Koshy pointed me out the door . " What did I do ?" I asked " Nothing David " he said . " Follow me " He says and we walk towards the front of the school and into the office . We walk into his office and their I see sitting in the chairs were my siblings . " what are y'all doing her ?" I asked . " Their school bus dropped them off her " MrKoshy said " Your Mom wasn't at home and a Andrea Drey we couldn't get in touch with " he said . " David since theirs only 10 minutes left I. The school day they can go back to class with you . " he said " but this better not happen again " he looked at me strictly . " Yes Sir it won't " I say . He writes me a note for having them and we leave the office . " Wow did your school is huge " Toby says and we walk back into my class . We walked in and I handed her the note . Luckily no one was staring other then Alex and Dom . I headed back to the table we was sitting at and they sit . " What up man" Dom says as he does a hand shake with Toby " Hey girls " Alex says and they smile . Soon the bell rung and it was time to go home . " David where are you going ?" Alex asked " what do you mean ? I'm going home " I say " we have soccer practice " Alex says . "Fuck I forgot "  This shit was to much. How was I going to watch them while I have soccer practice . " guys follow us " I say as we walk down the hall . We walked to a vending machine and I pull out 6 dollars from my bag . " okay you each get 2 dollars . Pick one snack and one drink " I say " stay right here u til I come back ". I went into the locker room and change " David who were you talking to out their ?" Todd asked while putting on his shirt ." My sibling " I say " they dropped them off her ?" Heath asked and I nodded . " Dang , at least Principle Koshy doesn't know anything "  Zane says while he pays my back and I nod . He's talking about my past . How my mom wasn't home to get the kids from off the bus . So they used to get dropped off here . The last principle used to get so mad and he knew everything thing that happened in my life . Now I was worried that Liza's dad would find out soon . And what if he told Liza ? I didn't even tell her because I thought she would look at me differently . After we all got changed we left the locker room and I made sure that they were following behind me . As we walked to the soccer field I sat Ester,Sara and Toby down on the bleachers . " Stay here until I come back " I say they nodded and began to eat and drink the stuff they had gotten . And I was off to practice .

Liza's POV ;
I had missed the bus to go home . But the good thing was that Gabbie had drove her grandmas car to school . I met up with her in the office . She was giving the lady her grandmas number as a emergency contact . " Hey , do you wanna watch the guys practice ?" Gabbie asked " sure , my mom and dad won't be home until 9" I say . We then headed outside to the field . As we are walking to the bleachers I see three little kids . " are those David's siblings ?" I say walking quickly over them "Liza!" Toby says . He gets up and hugs me ." What are y'all doing here ?" I asked " The school bus dropped us off here " Ester said " Yeah because are mommy is at work and Mrs Drey didn't answer the phone " Toby blurbs our " Toby shut up " Ester says . I guess he wasn't suppose to say that . I turned and looked into the soccer field and I spotted David " Gabbie stay here " I says and I walk down to the field . I walked up to David ." Liza ? What are you doing here ? " he asked as he walked over to grab a water ." Em and Gabbie came to watch " I say walking a little behind him but trying to catch up . " David I can watch them " I say "
You saw ?" He asked and I nodded " it's no problem , Gabbie has her car " I add " thank you "he says . Then he rushed off back into the field . I could tell something was wrong and off but I didn't say anything. I walked back to them and they grabbed their stuff and we got into Gabbie's car and left . We drove to David's house . We all got out and knocked on the door and their mom answer . " Mommy!" They day and they hug her . She then looks at me and Gabbie " thank you " she says " no problem " I say and we walked off back to Gabbie's car . She dropped me off at my house and my mom was their . I thanked Gabbie then I walked into sh house . ". Elizabeth " my mom calls . I walk into the kitchen where she had started to cook dinner ." Yes ?" I say " Your dad told me about dance try outs tomorrow so you She a doctors appointment that early morning. Do your physical . " I nodded and headed to my room . I went a head and got in the shower and done my night time routine. After that I walked to my bed and I checked my phone . I saw I had gotten a text message from David . I open it up and clicked it . And it read .
" I'm so sorry about today" he says . I then texted back" no problem " I text back . I knew their was something going on . Because if their wasn't then why would he say sorry ? And why would his mom thank me unless I knew something .  Maybe she thought David might of told me something . But what would it be ?
