Chapter twentythree - Tryouts

Liza's POV ;
Today I'm language arts class we had to write a paper about how we are different from everyone else . Everyone was writing but me . I was zoned out . I couldn't stop thanking about to note from yesterday. Like if Georgia wrote it then how am I a back stabbing bitch ? Like David wasn't mine or hers . She can't get mad  because he broke up with her and that he had a crush on me . " Liza what's wrong ?" Gabbie asked me and when she did I jumped and she giggled ." Gabbie what if it was Georgia that sent the notes ?" I whispered to her so Zane and David didn't hear . " She can't be mad at you because David likes you " Gabbie whispers to me and I nod . " But then why would she send me my note ?" She asked . Like why would see ? She didn't like Zane or anything did she ? This just got more confusing .

David's POV ;
I noticed during class today that Gabbie and Liza were whispering to each other . I tried to read their lips but that didn't help . " Hey do you know what they are talking about ?" Zane whispers to me " Your watching them too?" I ask and then we both laughed " no man I don't " I say and I look back at my paper .  I had a odd feeling that they were talking about us .

Liza's POV ;
Soon it was the end of the day and it was time for the dance try outs . Which I really wasn't nervous about because I knew I wouldn't make it . After I changed I waited for the girls and we then walked into the gym . We all went one by one in ABC order by last names . Some girls went but in the order of my friends in the group it is . Erin,Gabbie,Carly,And Corinna . She was almost done with her dance . And she was doing great . " Next , Liza Koshy " coach Lee says and I get up and walk over to where the line was to dance at.

Gabbie POV;
I decided to record Liza dancing because I thought David would want to see . When she started she was great ! She was right on beat and didn't miss a step . When she was down everyone clapped . " Good job Miss Koshy!" Coach Lee says . Liza smiled and ran back to sitting in the middle of me and Erin " Good job Liza " I say " you were great! " Carly said and she thanked us .

Liza's POV ;
Next after me was Kristen . She did good ,all the girls in our group did . After Kristen some other girls went . " Next,Georgia Tuckman " I hear coach say . I look to my left to see Georgia walking in . "Was she at tryouts yesterday ?" Gabbie asked " no she want " Corinna says . When see walked in she stared at me and smirked . Then she tried out . Soon try outs were over and we went back to the locker room . We grabbed our bags and waited at the front of the school for our rides . As I was going through my gym bag o find my phone I see it . I realized their was something on it . A piece of paper taped to the back ." What the fuck " I say . The girls looked at me . I took it off and opened it " He does not care about you. Stop trying to be close with him . " it said on the paper . I then showed Gabbie " what's that ?" Kristen asked . Then me and Gabbie told the girls about the notes and that I think that Georgia done it . " If She is then shes a Sorry ass bitch " Carly said and everyone laughed . Soon we all went home .
I had gotten ready for bed after dinner . I already took my makeup off and I had gotten in the shower . I laid in bed for a while just looking at the papers . The notes that have been mysteriously given to me . I then realized Gabbie wasn't given a second note . It kinda of makes sense. Georgia walked in late to try outs . Before she walked in she had time to tape the note onto my paper . I then texted Gabbie and told her . " Do you want to confront her tomorrow ?" Gabbie texted back " No but I have to get some sleep ,night " I text her then I turn my phone off and head to sleep .

The next morning I got onto the bus and I saw Georgia sitting with David How ? She gets on after David and how did David get on this early . I then sat with Gabbie 2 seats in front of David and Georgia . " what the hell ?!" I whisper to her " The bus driver went a different rout " Gabbie said " That and why are they sitting together ?" I say and Gabbie turns around and looks " I don't know . Im starting to think it's her " She says . When we arrive at school we get off the bus and I walk into the building . " Liza Liza !" I then see David run up beside me . " I'm sorry she set beside me " he said " it's okay " I say . We continue walking down the hall and I see everyone gathered around the wall . It was mainly girls " Gabbie, Liza come look !" Kristen's says and we run over . They had put up to list of who all made it .
" Liza you made it !" Gabbie says " Congrats Houston " David says and we hug. Then the girls (Carly,Erin and Corinna ) walk up to us . "All 6 of us made it !" Erin says and we group hug . I was so happy . I didn't think that I'd make it . Then the guys walk up and congratulate us . I was so happy that I made it . " Since you girls made it . I think we should celebrate some how " Heath says as he put his arm around Erin. Between them stuff started to get a lil serious. Gabbie told me that she could tell that they would start dating soon " Hey my parents are going to be out of town with my siblings" Scotty said " so we can have a party just us 13 " he said and everyone agreed " Make that 14" Dom said " You found you a girl ?!" Todd said and Dom nodded . Since he has been " hoeing around " he never really met a girl like that he really liked . And maybe he had found one .

Later on when I went home after school my mom was mad when I walked into the kitchen " Mom what's wrong ?" I asked as I sat at the counter " Olivia and Rachel won't be able to make it for thanksgiving " my mom says . My mom likes thanksgiving. But she loved Christmas and Halloween more since you can decorate a lot more . " It's okay mom you still have me and dad , and plus they will be here for Christmas" I say as I hugged her and she agreed " Oh yea mom I'm going to David's for Breakfast tomorrow morning " I say " Okay , " she says . I waited u til dinner to tell them I made the dance team . " mom, dad I have some big news " I say " I made the team !" " Congrats " they both say . "And if it's okay with y'all I would like to go to a friends to celebrate " I say and my dad quickly looked up . Since he's kinda over protective. " Who's house ?" My dad says "Scott , Scotty Sire " I say as I take a sip of my drink " Crossen Sire's Son? " my dad said I didn't know his moms name but if that was her how did he know . " um yea hoe do you know ?" I asked and me and my mom both looked at him . " She helps raise most of the money for the school , she helps some with Gabbie's parents too" he says . " Yea you can go " he says . I was ready for tomorrow . I get to eat breakfast with David in the morning and I'll be able to get on the bus with him to . As I was about to turn my phone off I got a text from David saying . " do you think you can be here around 7:20Toby wants to see you badly " I smiled and replied " yes 7:20it is ." I sent it and then I set my alarm on my phone to 7:00am . Because I don't take long getting ready and then the bus comes go his stop at 7:55 so that's good . He then texted me " Good night girly " I then replied Good night skater And I turned my phone off And laid down and tried to sleep .
