Chapter 6 - It's like my Heaven in bedroom form

Music of Inspiration - Lullaby by Chase Coy

(~Evangeline's POV~)

I thought through all of the things that had happened in the last 12 hours or so. I had been taken from the home I knew... from the only family I knew... chained to the inside of a van, had that dream again - the one I can't remember -, I have been put in this room, during the night I sensed someone coming into the room, somehow I had an urge to reach out to this person, but just touching his features and tattoos I knew it was Luke, he held me in his arms as I fell asleep again, woke up in his arms, sang for him, he kissed me on the forehead and here I am... sitting on a stranger's bed... after sleeping in a stranger's arms...

Thinking of sleeping, it had me looking around the room. It was huge! There were three large floor to ceiling windows looking out onto a beautiful garden, edging a large glistening lake with a large thick forest beyond that. It was breath-taking! The windows were decorated with dark blue heavy curtains.

The walls were painted a slightly grey colour; not white but not a solid grey either... it almost looked silver... The bed was massive! It had four posts with a canopy above made from shimmering silver netting which seemed to have dark blue and red threads through it. The quilt and pillows were silver with black, blue red vines coming from the bottom of the bed, tiny music notes blooming from each vine.

The bed was slightly raised on a low platform facing the middle window of the three in the room. The carpet was thick and soft and was the shade of red as the bed cover. My cello was sitting in the corner on a cello stand, there was a black glistening grand piano infront the left window, a guitar sat in a stand by my cello, it was black which to lighten into silver, there were several instruments placed around the room... It was as if this room was made especially for me... my space... my piece of heaven..

With these thoughts I went to the right door, like Luke had told me to, and entered a large glistening white bathroom. There was a large sink decked with white granite surface, and a large mirror to my right. To my left was a large shower - you could probly fit about 5 people into it! Beside that was the toilet and directly infront me was a large old fashioned bath tub on a low platform. There was a small closet-like space beside the sink area with towels etc.

After taking a fluffy white towel and stripping off, I turned on the shower and putting it onto the temperature, I stepped in and let the hot water calm me. The water felt like it was seeping into my sink sooting my aches and pains, taking away my bruises and pain from the last few years of living in that hell hole that was called home.

While washing my hair - which didn't take long considering it didn't even reach my shoulders - I sang a song that my mother sang to me to put me to sleep; Ave Maria, but it wasn't by Beyonce or the well-known Shubert, it was a different lesser known one. After I was finished I turned off the shower, got out, ruffly towel-dried my hair and then wrapped it around my body. I looked in the mirror and searched my face for something... anything... but all I saw was the pale skin, dark blue-grey eyes, short black hair and petite figure.

Sighing, I made my way from the bathroom around the other side of the bed to the door on the left for the closet.

"Wooooow..." I said lowly as I opened the doors to, what looked like, an extra room full of clothes - from t-shirts to ball gowns, shelf upon shelf of shoes - from converse to 5 inch heels, jewellery of every colour, shape, style and size, two arm chairs placed infront of a large changing room area and a vanity table with perfumes, brushes, hair wax, straighters, curlers and make-up on it and a large mirror area - three full length mirror angled so you can see the back as well.
