Chapter 30

Thalia's POV

"Who are you?" I ask

"Thals. You seriously don't remember me? I'm Nico your boyfriend."

"I don't remember ever having a boyfriend I'm sorry. Maybe it's all this surgery I've been going through but I don't remember you."

"Thals you have to remember me. I don't know what I'll do without you. You have to remember that I love you and that I need you in my life."

"I can try but no promises. I have a horrible memory to begin with but not this bad. Honestly I don't know who you are."

Nico just asked me the stupidest question ever. He asked if I remembered him. Of course I do who wouldn't remember Nico. I decide to play with him for a little while. See what else sweet he has to say.

"Thals. Please remember me. I can't go on knowing you don't remember our memories and our friendship and our relationship."

"Sorry what'd you say your name was again?"

It was a struggle not to laugh when I said that. Maybe my lie was going to far.

"I'm Nico. And if you can't remember me well just remake our memories. Because I am not leaving you again."

"Nico you know I would never leave you. I love you and I would never forget you. We don't need to remake memories we can make new ones. I just wanted to see what you would say that could make me remember."

"Thalia Grace. You almost gave me a heart attack. Don't ever do that again."

"I won't. I love you."

Our lips meet and I am even able to sit up into the kiss. My legs are back and I'm still here. I intend to make the most of the rest of my life with Nico.

We head back to camp the next day and greet everyone and I got a ginormous hug from Annabeth and Percy. I have amazing friends. But I have an even amazing boyfriend. We spent that night in his cabin watching movies and cuddling all night. Things are getting

back to the way they used to be.
