Lost love (a thalico story)

Chapter 14

Nico's POV- The fact that Connor is Luke's brother kind of makes me nervous. I mean Thalia has known this guy for way longer and he is after all related to Luke who was her lover before he was bad. But I know that Thalia loves me otherwise we wouldn't be on this quest.

After driving for quite a while we find a motel and stay for the night to rest. By tomorrow we should be at camp. Immediately Connor and Thalia begin talking about what's happened and she explains how he's the son of Artemis and what not. So I'm stuck talking with Leo. I decide we should go down to the pool and let them catch up and Leo and I change and head down. They said they'd meet us there when they're done.

The pool honestly isnt't my first choice of a fun thing to do but it's the only thing to do at the moment. Thank the gods it's empty. Leo and I begin swimming and then get tired so get into the hot tub.

"So Leo. Any special girl you like back at camp?"

"Well... there is one."

"Oh and who might that be?"

"Well not at camp. I don't think I've told you this story but when we were on that quest to stop Gaea and save Percy and Annabeth I got shot by something that made me fly so far I landed on a deserted island. That is I thought it was deserted until the most beautiful girl shows up. Nico I was on Calypso's island. I've been thinking that ever since I left that I need to go back but I know it's immpossible."

"Woah there. You know what they say. Anythings possible. Why don't you when we get back to camp organize a group for a quest and head out and find it."

"You think it'll work?"

"Hell yeah it'll work. You can do anything if you put your mind to it."

"Alright I'll try it. Why not!"

"There you go there's the confidence I've been waiting for. Now let's get out of here I have a feeling their gonna be talking for a while and they're not going to come down here any time soon. Tomorrow we'll be at camp.
