Chapter 5

Nico's POV

Gods Thalia was amazing. After I told her my feelings she decided that in order to be happy with me she would have to quit the hunt. I had the best girlfriend ever.

At breakfast this morning Artemis announced that there would be a ceremony later and I saw Thalia look over and I gave her a reasurring look. She had no need to be nervous. Everything would be fine.

I was wrong.

The ceremony was held at one and Thalia looked so nervous. Artemis came up and instead of looking upset that she was losing a valuable hunter, she kind of looked glad. I tried not to think of it and maybe it was just something that had happened before she came in but I was kind of scared now. What if she was planning to do something? I put the thought aside and listene to what Artemis had to say.

"Hello everyone. I recently was approached by Miss Thalia Grace, and she said that she fell in love. As you all probobly know hunters are not allowed to fall in love. Therefore Thalia must announce her love to Nico in the presence of the godess of love herself. If Aphrodite believes she truly does love Nico I will be able to remove her from the hunt and she will no longer be immortal. If Aphrodite does not approve Thalia will not be able to leave the hunt and will be banished from Camp Half-Blood forever. So now the godess of love Aphrodite." Artemis announced.

A beautiful woman walked in her blonde hair perfectly falling over her shoulders her face ance free and extinguishly beautiful. She was the face of beauty. She was perfect. She went up to where Artemis and Thalia were and waited for Thalia to begin.

Lady Aphrodite, I come to prove my love for Nico DiAngelo. When I first met Nico I had just thought of him as this silly kid always playing mythomagic and collecting figures. Over the years he has grown physically and mentally and I've grown to care for him. I admit I used to be in love with Luke Castellan before he became evil and I swore I would never fall in love again. But once I realized how much Nico had matured i truly did fall in love again this time with my best friend. I hope you accept this and allow me to live freely with the one I love." Thalia told Aphrodite. Again I have the best girlfriend ever.

It took a minute but eventually Aphrodite announced her answer.

"Thalia Grace. I have decided to......
