Chapter 1: Hannah's Story

How it all began...☆

It was a sunny afternoon and I had gone to a phone repair store because my phone was acting up after my daughter Destiny had thrown it on the floor and cracked the whole screen pitch black.

My daughter is a year and 6 months old. I had my tablet though that I could use but only with WiFi.

Once my grandparents took me to the phone store I had no other option but to leave my phone there to get it repaired.

But fucked up part is it takes the technical man 4-6 hours to replace the screen that my daughter has broken.

Well later after I left my phone I was brought back to my efficiency that I've been living with my daughter alone for almost 6 months already.

My grandpa was the one who helped me by helping me out financially to move in with my daughter.

It was really nice of him to do so, but things started getting complicated because I wasn't able to find a job even though I had been applying for over 10 jobs online and still had no answers from the managers back.

So I guess I had no other choice but to live under that roof without paying rent, I couldn't allow myself to be in the streets with my baby girl, I just couldn't deal with that my whole life, not after she's been abandoned by her father.

I remember it all like it was yesterday I had no idea I would fall in love with the wrong guy.

It all began McDonald's I was working on, I was 17 at the moment so innocent and shy, I was also preparing to finish night school.

I met him through this dating app online which I would have on my phone before it got broken of course.

I was working in the cash registers and assisting customers through the drive-thru and also cleaning up the floors of the whole restaurant and the tables.

I was in charge to do mostly everything because I started off new there. I went out to lunch and took out a cig and lit it up, took out my phone from my pocket, and started texting him through the app.

At first, I didn't find him attractive at all with the pictures he has posted online, But in person, it's totally the whole opposite.

When I clicked on the app I had three messages from him asking me if I can give him my number, Which I did and that's where my mistake began.

He came to go pick me up after work and take me to my house but he only did it to meet me in person.

I never knew he would be so tall and cute like when I saw him standing outside the glass door waiting for me to finish. I've had nowhere all my work and so I went to the back where my manager was and punched out to go home.

I walked out with just my phone and a small purse with my ID and house keys which at that moment I was living under my mom's roof.

I went outside to go say hi to him and right at that moment I see him coming up to me, He smiles and grabs me from my waist to pull me in for a kiss, a kiss I should of not have replied to but sadly I did.

Once we both pulled out he has mentioned his name was Pablo I could tell he is the kind of guy who thinks he can have any girl he wants.

But me knowing that I still went with the flow. I didn't think things were going to be so cruelly by the end of the time.

So he took me home and there we had another kiss and so I went inside. I felt guilty because I was seeing a guy before Pablo but our relationship wasn't going to go anywhere because he had no plans of moving out with me.
