The day before the talent show I decided that I should practice the song that I had chosen to make be positive that its the song I wanted. I logged onto my computer to find the page I bookmarked, but as soon as I opened up my bookmarks, it was gone. I searched the guitar chords for it but the page was gone. I tried to remember them but I just couldn't. All of a sudden there was a knock on the door so I answered it and it was Liam.

N. "Hi... may I help you?"

L. "Niall, will you please be my partner? I can't think of anything to do-"

N. "Sure, c'mon let's go write a song, I have something in mind."

L. "Really? Great."

I led him over to where I kept my guitar and gave it to him.

N. "Do you know how to play?"

L. "A little bit but when I was learning from a teacher, I uh learned how to play a few notes and came up with this."

He started playing a beautiful melody and started humming along with it. Then he stopped.

L. "There was uh, there was actually uh a song that I wrote that went with this." He stated.

N. "Really? Let me hear it."

I'm broken, do you hear me?

I'm blinded, 'cause you are everything I see,

I'm dancin' alone, I'm praying,

That your heart will just turn around,

And as I walk up to your door,

My head turns to face the floor,

'Cause I can't look you in the eyes and say,

When he opens his arms and holds you close tonight,

It just won't feel right,

'Cause I can love you more than this, yeah,

When he lays you down,

I might just die inside,

It just don't feel right,

'Cause I can love you more than this,

Can love you more than this

If I'm louder, would you see me?

Would you lay down

In my arms and rescue me?

'Cause we are the same

You save me,

When you leave it's gone again,

And then I see you on the street,

In his arms, I get weak,

My body fails, I'm on my knees

Prayin',

When he opens his arms and holds you close tonight,

It just won't feel right,

'Cause I can love you more than this, yeah,

When he lays you down,

I might just die inside,
