A DRONING SOUND of beeping plays in the back ground. I stare at the wall, picking out every divot and scrape it has. The black walls seem to swallow me whole. I sit in the chair that stands in the middle of the room. Tubes pump liquid in my body as vital pads are place on my body.
My eyes look around at everything but the young man preforming today's medical review. My body shows no sign of the beating I received yesterday. Then only reminisce are the scars on my back. The enhancement caused all of my bruising, swelling and cuts disappear and with a good night sleep. I feel brand new. Well almost.
I am finally forced to make eye contact with the man when I get bored of watching everything but him.
The man has his back turned to me as he writes something down on the screen.
I notice he has dark brown hair. It is messy at the top from the continuous running of his fingers through it. It must be a nervous habit. He turns around and we make eye contact. His hazel green eyes look into mine. It is awkward but he quickly walks out of my vision.
He comes up to the side of the chair. Reaching up above me to flick the liquid in the bag. He has a long slender face that is littered with freckles. I am forced to stare at the white coat he wears when I notice a name tag.
Quickly I peer at it as I read the name. It reads Leon medical specialists
I have never seen Leon before. Usually it is the same old man. But something must have happened. I am a bit surprised at how young Leon is. He must have done something pretty big to gain the trust of the First Order. Only limit people are allowed to know I exist and I guess he is one of them.
He walks to a table as picks up a syringe. And Turns back I can clearly see how nervous he is. I understand must new people react this way towards me. They just assume that I am dangerous because I am locked up here. That my enhancement makes me different. They don't know what I am or what to make of me therefore I am a threat.
I lay my hand out flat exposing my fore arm. He sits down next to me and I notice a slight shake in his wrist as he positions the needle inches away from my arm.
Worried for my own safety I speak to lighten the mood. "Now I don't know that much about medical stuff but I am pretty sure that needle isn't supposed to be shaking that much." I plaster a smile on my face to let him know I am joking.
He looks at me and let's out a huff as he lifts the needle away. "No I suppose not." His voice takes me back. It has a weird twang to it. It is almost elegant and I am not accustom to the sound of the strange accent.
"You don't have to be afraid but I do have to warn you. I am known to break people in half if they stick needles in me."
Leon looks taken back as I see worry flash across his eyes. I laugh "Dude lighten up I am just kidding."
He lets out a nervous laugh as avoids my eyes.
"My name is SN2198. What is yours?" I ask for his even though I know it already. I just don't want to seem like a creepy stalker.
"Oh, my name is Leon Stakin. But wait SN2198 that can't be your real name?" He smiles as dimples form at the corner of his cheeks. I smile back filled with happiness that he doesn't see me as another trooper but an actual person. I can tell that we are going to be great friends.
"Well actually my name is Salina. But I go by Sal."
He gives me a nod of acknowledgement. he bends down and sticks the needle in my arm. Pulling back on the syringe I watch as the clear container fills with blood.
He places the sample in drawer that popped out of the wall and presses some buttons that make a hissing noise and the drawer goes back in the wall. He silently walks to my chair and grabs a tube that is caught behind my back. Gently he places his hand on my shoulder. I cringe a little as the gashes still haven't healed completely in my back.
"Sorry." He mummers as he moves the tubing away from my back. He turns around but then he stops almost contemplating something. Turning back around curiosity portrays on his face. "If you don't mind be asking why do you have those scars on you back and why do your eyes look swollen."
He walks back to me and sits down in a chair next to mine.
"Well lets just say if Phasma tell you to follow Orders make sure you do. It was nothing to big but I got what I deserved." I shrugged trying not to think about my punishment.
    "What did you do?"
   "It's a long story."
"Well lucky for you I have all the time in the world. You are my last check up and then I had the day off." He smirks as he brings his arms up and places them behind his head. He then crosses his legs as he gets comfortable.
My eyes brighten because this is the first time anyone really wanted to talk to me and listen.  "If you couldn't tell I am different. You probably know from my files that I was enhanced to be way above the "average stormtrooper". I was the 66 trial and since then none of the other subjects have been proven successful. Until they paired me with it. Ever since I was 9 I have been locked in these corridors. I am not allowed out because if people knew about me and what I was then they would freak out. They would have questions and until I am proven as a success no one can know. That is one of the down fall of all of this."
Leon interrupts me as he emphasizes the fact that I am a loner. "Wait do you are telling me you have never seen what a tree is or what a lake look likes?"
"What is a lake?" I look at him strangely as the words in his sentence  doesn't  make sense.
"Wow you really are isolated here. I am sorry I wish I could change that." He lowers his head showing true sadness which surprises me. He looks up and smiles trying to brighten up the mood. "Anyways go on."
"So for my training they give me trials to pass. Recently I have finished my training. I have completed and mastered the art of hand to hand combat and weaponry battling. This means the last stage is to see me in action. So yesterday Phasma took me out of this area for the first time since I was first brought here. She gave me armor to try on but she had to leave. Long story short she had to leave and told me to go back straight away. You can guess that I bumped into someone and I sort of revealed my identity. Phasma found out and so I got punished for it."
"Man. I am speechless. And I thought working as a medic for the First Order was bad."

So first look at Leo!! I hope you like him!
