She didn't grow up with love outspoken.
You see, her family was a little heartbroken.
Love was not said out loud nor in touch,
Yet, they loved eachother very much. But the way they loved remained
And from it, not much was gained.
For without words, she faded in an instant,
And without touch, she grew very distant. No one held her in times of need or cheer,
No one told her what she wanted to hear.
So now she doesn't understand how to act
In public; only with family can she interact.Maybe once or twice she showed her light,
But it never lasts 'cause she's not as bright
As everyone else she sees in the halls,
No one will notice her, even when she calls. When she make friends she is awkward,
When she loves a boy, she's a coward.
In a crowded world, she feels all alone
She expresses herself through a phone. So without touch she grows distant
And with little words she fades in an instant.
From this, not much is gained,
But the way she loves remained.Although she loves people very much,
Her love is not said aloud nor in touch.
You see, she is a little heartbroken
She didn't grow up with love outspoken.
