It's strange we chose,
But once a year
To celebrate love
And show we care.
Who's to say
That we must wait
For just this day
To show no hate?
Many people ask these questions
And scrutinize this holiday
But why not just enjoy the moment
Because these moments never stay.
Valentine's is not here to aggravate
It's simply here to remind us
That although we get busy,
There's always time for love.
