I'm Happy I Met You [Completed]

Chapter Twelve

A/N I just want greet everyone a (Really REALLY late) Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

As Eren tried to go back, he sped up and hurt himself by hitting the rear end of his car.

''What the??'' He said, confused

Suddenly, a mysterious figure appeared and beat him up. A few cracked ribs, broken arm, crippled leg and unable to move. He tried hard to reach his phone and call the ambulance, and luckily, they made it in time.

Then everybody received the news and went to the hospital to visit Eren.

''I'm sorry Mr. Jaeger, but your injuries will keep you here until a week or two'' said the doctor, sounding sad

''Damn'' was all Eren could say

''We'll take care of you Eren, don't worry'' said Christa trying to get Eren to cheer up

''Thanks a lot but I'm already feeling better'' he says as he stands up and stretches

''B-but Eren.. your injuries'' the doctor says, afraid ''It's only been eight hours since you've been in the hospital'' continued the doctor

''I'll take it from here'' a hoarse voice said

''Excuse me but, who are you?'' Mikasa asked

''I'm Dr. Harrison Wells, but you can call me Dr. Wells'' he states

''What do you know about his situation?'' The doctor asks

''I have a laboratory that can figure out what's really happening to Mr. Jaeger here''

''I'm calling the guards'' the doctor proudly says

''If you do, Mr. Jaeger will die'' Wells retorted

''Fine'' the doctor submits

Meanwhile, Eren went to visit Annie's grave. The others with him, everybody mourning and watching while Eren silently mutters a few words.

''I miss you Annie, I wish you were still here.'' He says, breaking

Crying, some of his friends stood behind him. Understanding the state he's in and the feelings he's feeling.

-One week later-

Another week has gone by and Eren still hasn't moved on about Annie's death. Meanwhile, Mikasa and Armin were with him to support him.

''Eren, I think it's a good idea to find another girl'' Mikasa states

''Yeah, she's right Eren. I think you should go on, it's what Annie would've wanted you to do'' Armin supports Mikasa

''It's not that easy. She.. she was my everything'' Eren forces out

''Well, just so you know, we're here for you'' Armin says

''Thanks to the both of you'' Eren said

''I bet you're hungry, let me make you something'' Mikasa says getting out of the bedroom

Armin had no idea what to do now that Mikasa left the two of them. The silence made the entire room very quiet and awkward. Armin being an intellectual, got himself an idea to make Eren happy. He remembered Eren's hobby and addiction of playing video games.

''Hey Eren, I have an idea on what we can do to distract you from remembering her death'' he proudly states his idea to Eren, and Eren plays along

Minutes later, Mikasa arrives back with Eren's favorite food, Chee-burgs. Then they spent the entire afternoon playing video games.

-The next day-

Eren received a call from Ryad stating that they had a new mission and that everyone is required to be at the homebase.

''Eren, be safe please'' Mikasa pleaded

''I will, I'll be sure to return in one piece'' Eren says ''I'll go now, they probably need me'' he continues

He then sped off towards the door as a blur and hit the door, knocking him out. Completely forgetting about his new speed. He wakes up minutes later on.

-At Homebase-

''I've assembled all of you here because a new threat has arrived'' Ryad states

He clicks a button, and the projector turns on and shows a photo of a ''yellow blur.''

''This. This is our new target'' Ryad states

''What is that exactly?'' Doc asks

''We are unsure, we have no idea of who he is yet'' Ryad says

''Although we know that, that thing is dangerous'' Six states ''Whoever that is'' she continues

Everyone stands and salutes at her

''At ease, Ryad continue'' she orders

Everyone sits and Ryad continues briefing.

-Later-

Eren, you and Mark will have to deal with our fugitive. We'll all be on standby on our posts.

''Copy, 10-4'' Eren replies

The ''blur'' falls for the bait but the team fails on the capture.

''Damn'' Mark swears

Suddenly Eren starts vibrating again and this time a lot faster.

''W-what's happening to me Mark?'' Eren asks confused

''We know'' he hears someone say

He turns around to see Dr. Wells and three more company

''You must be Eren'' a person in a red suit states

''Barry Allen'' Eren states

''Yeah, these three here are my entire team'' he points toward Dr. Wells and the other two.

''Caitlin. Caitlin Snow'' a woman states

''Cisco. Cisco Ramone'' a guy states

''Nice to meet you both, the name's-'' he gets cut off

''Eren Jaeger, we heard'' Caitlin says

''We've heard about your condition from Dr. Wells here'' Cisco follows up

''Alright let's get to work'' Dr. Wells says

''While they set up, let me teach you a little something about your powers'' Barry says ''I bet you've already had this experience, but you'd run fast and occasionally hit walls. That can easily be avoided my what's called ''phasing'' he continues

''I know'' Eren says

''Good, let's get to work on your speed'' Barry says

Then the two speed of to the city, running at their fastest. Pushing through their limits, literally becoming blurs to human eyes. Although Eren lagging behind because of his lack of eye wind resistance. Though getting used to it, he sees a mirror image of himself.
Speeding off into the distance, then vanishing. Then he feels a weird and unusual feeling like something happened.

Is Annie alive again??
