Maya Hart is a strong girl. She was different from all the other girls, she refuse to believe in love. She also refuse to believe in hope. According to Maya “ Hope is for suckers”. It’s not like that she doesn’t want to believe. It’s just that the life never gave her anything to believe in. Every single time Maya wanted to believe in something the life just made everything fall apart. She thought that the way of the life to say you deserve nothing and Maya accepted it. Maya had to overcome lots of obstacles in her life even though she is seventeen years old. Maya was eight years old, when her dad left her. Maya thought it was her fault and blamed herself for everything. Maya heard her mom crying every single night. She would never ever forget those nights. Maya loved her mom more than everything in the world. Katy Hart is a strong woman, she worked her ass up to raise Maya. She is a workaholic which means her mom wasn't around home that much. Katy and Maya had to face lots of financial problems. So Maya had to take care of herself but then she met Riley. Riley Matthews is her best friend. Maya doesn't know what she would do without Riley. The Matthews are her second family. Then there is Farkle Minkus, her other best
friend. Maya friends group includes beside Riley and Farkle, Smarkle, Zay
and Lucas. Lucas Friar. He was Mayas first love. But Maya says that she hates Lucas now. But deep down Maya never stopped loving Lucas. Oh and did I forget to mention that Lucas is Riley’s boyfriend.
