Chapter 15

Jeongyeon POV

"Wah, I'm so tired" Momo whined making me chuckle.

"Me too, but I'm also hungry though" I said making a weird face.

"Let me try to cook this time, it's always you who cooks" Momo said approaching me excitedly.

"Alright" I answered and took out the cooking tools.

"What shall we cook today?" Momo said and scratched her head like a raccoon which I found cute.

Momo kept looking for the ingredients everywhere. I chuckled.

"It's right here pabo ya" I pinched her cheeks.

I prepared some rice while Momo tried to cook eggs. Momo had difficulties while turning the eggs on the frying pan, so I decided to help.

"Look, and do exactly what I'm showing you, okay?" I said and grabbed her hands and started teaching her how to turn both eggs the other way.

Momo started blushing as I touched her hands, but I just smiled at her. We eventually started cooking separately after helping her with the eggs.

"Momo ya, look!"

Once she turned around, I threw some flour on her face and laughed.

"Yahh" she whined and looked at her nose that was covered with white flour.

"Sorry" I chuckled and gave her a piece of meat.

We kept cooking together, and I've honestly never had this fun cooking with someone. Momo wasn't a regret in my life. She was a blessing. She filled my heart with joy ever since she moved to my college. I had always lived alone since my parents passed away. I didn't want to talk to anyone, and that's why I was described as the 'cold person'. But the day Momo entered my life, everything had changed. I was finally able to discover the feeling called love. The feeling that enters your body when you're around the person that makes your heart flutter.

"Oishii" Momo said with overflowing happiness, taking a bite of our japchae.

"Aigoo" I said softly and ate my food as well.

"This is the first time we've ever cooked together, and it's not bad, to be honest" I said proudly.

"This bibimbap tastes so good" Momo cheered.

We finished our food and decided to go to sleep. I changed into my comfy clothes while Momo went to the bathroom.

"Jeongyeon ah, it's c-cold" Momo said with a low shaky voice when she got out of the bathroom after a few minutes.

"It's gonna be alright" I said and gave her a tight hug.

Momo smiled, but accidentally tripped over something and made us both fall on my bed with her on top of me. This was so awkward, and I could feel my face turning red, same as Momo's. But Momo just smiled and then laid beside me. She held my hand and turned to me.

"Jeongyeon ah, I love you so much" she whispered.

I smiled hearing her delicate words.

"I love you too" I answered still keeping my smile.

"But, what if the others find out?" Momo suddenly asked with an afraid expression.

"It's okay, no one will know. I'll protect you Momo ya" I said bringing our intertwined hands in front of us.

"Thank you. Goodnight Jeongyeon" she said and smiled before closing her eyes.

"Goodnight" I said and placed a peck on her hand before falling asleep.

-The next morning-

Momo POV

"Oh shit, we're late" Jeongyeon slightly shouted waking me up.

I quickly changed into new clothes while feeling dizzy.

"Hurry up, we may be there in time if we run" Jeongyeon said while quickly taking her shoes on.

"Okay" I answered half asleep.

We ran through the streets and reached the bus stop. We quickly got into the bus that drove us to school. When we reached school, we were already panting so much, and I started feeling even more dizzy. Jeongyeon checked her watch while taking a deep breath.

"We did it" Jeongyeon said happily.

All I could do was smile before entering the class. I stole a glance at Mina and Sana. Sana smirked at me, and I quickly sent her the 'don't you dare' look. But Mina looked like she was busy staring at something shocking her. I sat down at my desk and tried to pay attention to the lesson even though I was dizzy.

"Class dismissed"

We all went to the cafeteria for lunch, and I sat down beside Jeongyeon and Jihyo. We bought our lunch and started eating. After finishing our lunch, we decided to go to the bathroom and change into our gym clothes before our training lesson started.

"Heol, is that Mina?"

"Huh?" I said looking confusingly at Jeongyeon who was staring at a list of names.

"What is this?" I asked.

"It's the list of names that'll participate in the dancing competition" Jeongyeon said not taking her eyes off the list.

"Why is Mina participating?"

"I don't know, her name is under the participants. She is in one of the categories" Jeongyeon said and pointed at the list.

We studied the list carefully.

"Can Mina dance ballet?!" We said in unison.

"In front of the whole school?!"
