Coleen happily knocked on the open door before stepping inside. Naabutan niya si Dei na kakatapos lang mag-ayos sa bagong opisina.
"I brought you lunch~" anunsyo nito at masayang nilagay ang supot ng pagkain sa sofa na malapit sa pinto.
"Thanks!" Dei settled on the couch while Coleen scanned the whole place.
Every furniture looked customized and well-fitted in the small office. Pero kahit hindi kalakihan ang opisina nito, her place has its own outdoor garden and probably the best spot in the building in terms of natural lighting. Bunos na na nasa second floor ito, it doesn't have the best view of the city, pero wala nang hassle kapag lalabas at papasok si Dei ng MUNDO.
"Ikaw lang mag-isa dito?" tanong niya sabay umupo paharap sa kaibigan.
"Bukas pa papasok ang mga empleyado ko."
"I meant... si Mr. A? Hindi ba siya pumupunta dito?"
She shook her head as if it was a small matter. "Busy iyon. He's even having lunch while at the meeting."
Coleen nodded while watching her friend gobbling the food she bought. "Uy, dahan-dahan lang. Heto juice oh..."
"Thanks."
"Mukha kang gutom. I know Mr. A is busy and all but he should make sure you are eating properly. Nangangayayat ka na. Hindi ba masarap ang mga pagkain sa bahay ni Mr. A?"
"Ewan ko ba, Coleen. Lately, parang na-umay na ako sa luto ng chef ni Alden. Tapos, hindi ko rin gusto ang mga niluluto ko. Naiinis nga sakin minsan si Alden. Kaso wala talaga akong gana kumain sa mga pagkain na inihahanda sakin sa bahay."
"Heto ang card ng restaurant na pinagbilhan ko nitong ulam mo. They are taking orders for delivery. Kumain ka ng maayos pag-uwi mo mamaya."
"Opo..." Dei smiled and took the business card from Coleen. Few minutes later, Allan and the gang arrived with some food.
"Sponsored 'to ni Mr. A. Gusto niya dito din kami magla-lunch. So excuse me, dadaan ang Dyosa..." pabibo na sabi ng bakla bago tuluyang pumasok sa opisina ni Dei.
Dei quickly took her phone out to send a thank you note to her husband.
I love you - was his immediate response to her a few minutes later.

With happy feet, Alden stepped inside the recently occupied office room on the 2nd floor and smiled after seeing the smile on his wife's face while she was staring on her computer screen. He liked how, despite she was alone in her office, she still looked comfortable sitting behind her desk.
"I fell for those smile," sabi nito.
Mabilis na lumingon sa may pinto si Dei at ngumiti pagkakita sa asawa na tahimik siyang pinagmamasdan. Alam na alam niya ang schedule nito ngayong araw. So she was quite surprise to see that he made time out of his tight schedule to visit her.
"Kanina ka pa ba diyan?" tanong niya.
"Medyo." He smiled, locked the door of her office, and made his way towards her desk.
Titig na titig lang si Dei sa asawa hanggang sa huminto ito sa tabi niya at sumandal sa mesa. She was fully aware of how handsome her husband is. Pero parang iba ang dating nito sa kanya ngayon. It felt as if you're meeting you celebrity crush in person for the first time and it's making Dei feel shy and giddy on the inside.
