Gryffindor (Chanyeol x reader)

Christmas pt.2

You felt like you really can have a peaceful and merry Christmas, your heart was on fire. As soon as you lied down, you realised your heart was going crazy. How was Chanyeol able to cause that by just showing up? You started wondering how Chanyeol feels while talking to you, or if he ever thinks about you.

You became such a fool for him, but you didn't want to admit it, not even to yourself. You were well aware of everything going on in your head and heart.

You closed your eyes and soon fell asleep.

In the morning you were woken up by your room mates, all excited for Christmas. You sat up and looks around sleepily. You greeted them, but in such excitement, they didn't hear you. You got up and got yourself ready for another day at Hogwarts.

When you were dressed up comfortably and made your hair into a cute hairstyle, you headed to The great hall.

While eating breakfast, you heard a loud familiar voice and as you looked towards it, you saw it was Baekhyun. If you wanted to get closer to Chanyeol, you had to break the walls between you and his two friends too. You kept staring at them so maybe they'd notice, and they really did. Luhan pointed at you, and Baekhyun looked your way. You gave them a little smile, which was like calling them over. They understood and walked over. They sat down on your left side and waited for you to talk.

Luhan said:"Do you need something?"

You looked at him and told them:"Well, not really, I just wanted to talk...you know, maybe we can be friends.". At your words, Baekhyun gasped, and asked:"Do you like Chanyeol??"

You were shocked at first, then you just glared at him, saying:"What's your problem?"

"Well, " he told you:"You're trying to be our friend without no perticular reason. That's unusal. Or could you really be that friendly?" he wasn't teasing you, it was more like he was talking to himself. Only now, you realised how soft and soothing his voice was, it was cute. You replied:"I'm just friendly. Stop judging just because I'm a Slytherin!"

Luhan said:"Well, I guess we're friends then. I'm gonna trust you, but just in case, do tell if you like Chanyeol. You know, a secret just between the three of us~"

You sighed and answered:"I don't like him, it's just you who want to hear that."

As if timing couldn't be more perfect, an owl flew over to you right then, handing you a letter. You took it, and looked who it is from. It was Chanyeol. You became embarrassed, he was serious about writing you often. You quickly hid it from Luhan and Baekhyun, which made them even more curious. Baekhyun especially. He asked:"Who is it from??"

You had to react quickly, think fast, so you said the first thing that came to your mind after thinking about Chanyeol. You said:"M-my boyfriend!" and you proceeded to hide it further.

You had to admit, this was the most difficult breakfast so far. You, Baekhyun, and Luhan just became friends and it was already like this...

"You have a boyfriend?" Luhan asked. You said:"Yeah...he went home during holidays..." Luhan titled his head a bit and said:"But I've never seen you with any other guys other than Kyungsoo and Tao."

You said:"If you don't mind, I'll leave now, I wanna read this in peace!" You got up and rushed out of The great hall. What a beginning of Christmas day. But Chanyeol's letter balanced to it, you felt excited to read what he wanted to say.
