Gryffindor (Chanyeol x reader)

Chanyeol's birthday! :D

(Probably gonna be a long ass chapter)

~Few days later~

The day has come. You felt nervous, because of the so called gift you bought for Chanyeol. You were holding the chocolate ever since you got up, so you'd give it to him the moment you saw him.

/Flashback/
You didn't know where to look. There's no way you'd ask Chanyeol's friends, but none of yours knew any muggle chocolates. Your only solution would be to ask either Jongin or Yixing (Imisshim). When you saw they were free, you went up to them. You spoke:"Hey i need some help"
"What's up?" Yixing asked. You replied:"I need to buy a muggle brand chocolate, but I don't know any...don't ask why, just tell me some and where can i buy them?" Their faces told you that they were shocked from what you just said. You really didn't want any questions. Yixing told you:"Well I can ask my grandma to send one here." You were okay with the idea, but you added:"Okay but I gotta pay for it. I got some sort of a dare..." Yixing nodded and immediatelly went to write a letter to his grandma.

The chocolate arrived just  a day defore the actual birthday, which had been making you worried. The chocolate had purple wrapping, and with white letters, it said Milka (Ok most people don't know this chocolate, but it's my fav :3, here's a pic).

It seemed okay, yet you weren't sure if he's gonna like it. Guess you'll know when you hive it to him.

/End of flashback/
When you woke up, you grabbed the chocolate immediatelly and put it in your bag. You got dressed, always repeating in your mind, what you will say to him. You were unsure what to say though. Should you just give it to him and walk away? Wish him happy birthday? You didn't feel like you two were close, so that made it a hard decidion.

After getting ready, you made your way to the great hall, for breakfast. You walked in and started looking around for him. Zoei cought up to you and said curiously:"Are you looking for someone?" You looked at her and shook your head. You really didn't want anyone to know about it, beacause they would autmaticaly find out that you were out of bed that night, and you would pull Rosie into it too. That would cost Slytherin many points, plus probably some detention. During the whole breakfast you were looking around, but he was nowhere to be seen. You got worried maybe he isn't gonna show up. But you did see his friends at the breakfast. You thoght you should probably ask them. You really didn't want to.

After breakfast you got up quickly and hurried over to them. You pulled one's rope and he turned around. He smiled and asked:"What's up?" He was being friendly, so he had to know something. You asked him:"Uh...is Chanyeol gonna show up?". The boy's smile didn't fade the whole time he was replying:"I don't know, is he? If you want I can go tell him that you need him." The way he said it sounded very nonpleasing, so you shook your head and said you'll find him yourself.

That day you had 3 classes together with Gryffindor, he'd have to be at at least one.

You were wrong. He wasn't in any of the classes. Probably he just decided to skip the whole day, just for his birthday, but that'd be pretty impossible, he'd get dragged into classes anyways. Both his friends were in school, so why wasn't he? You felt so anxious for some reason, you kept thinking if he's okay. What if he fell ill? You really wanted to check on him.

As it was getting late, you followed his friends to their dorm and just before the two boys entered, you said:"Stop." They turned around to look at you. They both smiled again, and Baekhyun asked:"Found him yet?" You shook your head again and spoke:"No. If you know where he is, can you call him over?" They didn't sound too pleased with that. The other one said:"What about a "please"? That would help..." You sighed and answered:"Please." They both smiled again and one went inside, while the other one waited with you. Soon, Baekhyun brought Chanyeol outside, he looked complitelly okay, and you felt like an idiot. The other two boys walked back into the dorm and Chanyeol had his eyes on you. He smiled, which made you feel even more nervous, you felt like you were burning inside.

He came closer to you and spoke:"You needed me?" He made it seem like he forgot about it. You let out a sigh as you pulled the chocolate out of your bag. You said:"Happy birthday." and handed it to him. He smiled widely and took it, then said:"You really bought it! Whoa I didn't expect you to. I was just joking you know. You didn't have to." You couldn't believe you fell for such a joke, it was upsetting. You were about to scold him, but he said again:"Still thanks~" He smiled and ruffled your hair, which annoyed but it felt good for some reason.

After that he went back to his dorm, leaving you alone. You were so embarrassed.

You made your way back to your room and went back to sleep. lying down, you kept thinking if you sounded rude to him. You realised you've been thinking about it lately a lot. At this point you had to admit to yourself, that you liked him.

It's Chanyeols bday >< <3. I'm so happy and excited.
I wish for him to stay happy and passionate about music, just like he is now. May the people around him make him feel great! The first snow also fell in my country today, just for your bday ><
