Everybody was filled with cheer that Christmas was finally here, and that nobody could possibly be in a bad mood. All through out the New York Institute, it was filled with Christmas cheer and nobody would have it in any other way.
Alec: Alyssa, I wanted to give you something.
Alyssa: Really?
Alec: Yeah, here.
Alyssa(Rosemary) opened the small gift, and it was revealed to be a bracelet with a small ring.

Alyssa: It's beautiful!
Magnus helped Alyssa(Rosemary) put on the bracelet, and Alyssa(Rosemary) put the Lightwood Family Ring on her finger. It looked beautiful with her necklace, and outfit that Izzy put together.

Throughout the night, everyone was having fun and being able to have enjoy things for awhile and not worry so much about evil things happening. Alyssa(Rosemary) was still worried about what was going on, and she still couldn't get her mind to stop thinking about what Ella said or Dakota too. Maria was already cured, since they figured about what her heart wanted the most and it was being able to see Jeremy and Jordan for one last time. Judith just projected the souls of them, and Maria had heard them and woke up. Yet Dakota, still wasn't awake from the deep sleep that she was in right now. At the end of the party, Alyssa(Rosemary) went into the infirmary just to give Dakota her present.
Alyssa: I hope you like it.
She just couldn't bear to see Dakota like this, and she was still confused about what was going on and how she could wake up Dakota.
Alyssa: I love you, Dakota.
Even though she wasn't under any mistletoe, but Alyssa(Rosemary)went down and kissed Dakota straight on the lips. Alyssa(Rosemary) felt Dakota breathing again, and then when she pulled away she saw Dakota open her eyes once again.
