Hi I'm back with another chapter, so this is kind of a filled chapter but I just felt that the story needed a chapter to just deal with something's before moving right onto the next thing. I'm now on city of ashes aka book two which I think I will make it a little easier to convey it into my story because there's no real adaption of it to get confused with it to influence my writing like with city of bones and the movie butI am going to add in my own lines and scenes to ensure that I can properly adaptable to my style, it's like a mash between the movie, the books and my head.I've kinda just decided to do my own thing in this chapter because of the story didn't work exactly and I just felt this was more fitting and a little different so hopefully you enjoy it. you for all the favourites, follows and pms, please don't forget to review. Chapter 15: New York wanderer
It had been a week or so since Piper had gone to the seelie court to speak with the queen along with Clary and Jace, it only seemed to complicate things further for piper since her head was filled with even more questions with no way of finding out the right answers. She knew that she couldn't ask her father nor would she even if she knew where he was since there was a very likely possibility of him lying to him in order to get her on his side and she couldn't exactly ask her mother seeing how she was still in a coma due to the potion that she had taken to protect the location of the mortal cup from Valentine. Which was how she had come to find herself in Magnus's living room surrounded by every book that mention demons blood, experiments with demon blood as well as Valentine. Piper wore a pair of green army sweatpants, a black tshirt with white writing and a pair of striped socks. She wore her hair in a messy bun that had hastily thrown up to stop it from annoying end while she did her research,she also wore no makeup but was wearing her glasses since her eyes were beginning to get sore. Soon Alec and Magnus came into the room to find surround by books and clearly highly caffeinated as they shared a worried look for the young brunette
" oh this can't be good... how long do you think she's been like this?" Alec said as him and Magnus stood at the side going completely unnoticed by Piper who was so focused on the task at hand
" yeah going by the fact that I have zero coffee left that she's been doing this all night" Magnus said knowing that he would need to start hiding the coffee if she was going to keep living with him like this
" oh god I hate dealing with an overly caffeinated Piper, it's worse than under caffeinated or hungry Piper" Alec said knowing from experience how tricky it could be to deal with her sometimes like now
" well better you than me right now" he said as he used his magic to make a cup of coffee appear since it was clear that Piper had drank it all in order to stay awake long enough to read everything
