We sat in the hotel room for days with only Kol going and getting us food. He had kept telling us that some thing was wrong.

Devina had stressed that we just had to put Ella back into the pendant. I did not agree because for a moment I saw my mom and knew she loved me. I know she is fighting for me, for us.

"I think its time we take that vacation we've talked about to the beach or rome." Kol paced around the room.

"How have we not thought of it before?" I frowed my eyebrows.

"What?" Devina asked me.

"She got hit with the hallow, just like all of you. Before she could wake up, Freya trapped her in the crystal." I mumbled,"So she is strong enough to obtain the hallow like Hope was but not strong enough to fight it without help."

"No one thought she would have lived after the impact of the hallow let alone have it bloody live in her." Kol snapped,"She isn't an original like me or my siblings. She should have died or Freya saved her last second."

"The hallow kept her alive. Why?" I asked myself. Yes I loved my mom but we all thought when Freya pulled my mothers soul into the crystal, she was almost dead. Not knocked out by the hallow.

"I can feel her." Kol mumblef into his hands,"She's like my inner conscious, trying to provoke me to do wrong. Telling me to snap your bloody necks and take your magic."

Devina and I looked at eachother with wide eyes,"It's been like that for years now."

"Kol." Devina said cautiously. I looked up to see Kol's eyes burning blue.

"What? I've never hurt either of you since this started." Kol snapped and threw his hands in the air with aggravation.

"Your eyes."

*Ella's POV*

"Let me out, let me out!" She hissed and tired to do magic.

"Oh shut up."  I rolled my eyes at the hallow.

"What did you say to me?!" She boomed and I pressed my lips into a smile.

"You see how inconvenient it is to be trapped in a box, no? Try doing to for over a hundred years." I crossed my legs. Since it was my head, I imagined where we were. She was still controlling my body.

"I was trapped in a spell for over a thousand years. Do not talk to me about being trapped. Now tell me, how did you lock us in here?!"

"I did nothing, it locks when you close it." I rolled my eyes again growing tired of her.

"I'll kill you-" she wad infront of me in a instant. I stood up.

"If I die, I'm taking you with me." I bit her with my fangs and she let out a sharp scream before throwing me back,"But if you die, I'm free."

"You're just a pathetic girl who happened to stumble onto some power." She hissed at me.

"No I earned my power. You were just born and it was given to you." I zoomed up to her,"You just take and take, and now you just took me away from my daughter for a second time." I was nose to nose with her,"Big mistake. I'll stuff out every bit of blue light I see once I'm free of you."

She gulped,"Love makes you weak. I hope one day we can work together and you will see that."

"Why would I want to work with you?" I snapped at her.

"Your powerful and never give up. I need you at my side." She smiled,"I could bring back your brothers, if you joined me as a reward."

I'd actually get to say goodbye to Stefan this time and be able to hug Damon again. I threw away my thoughts at seeing them again because I knew that they were together and with all of our lost friends. Bring them back would tear the veil and they probably would have trouble.

"I'm not your puppet." I snapped at her and was ready to attack,"And I'd drink you dry if I knew it would kill you."

She laughed,"Then all of you will feel my wrath."

*Mia's POV*

Kol's eyes changed back to normal within a few seconds. He swore he could hear her talking she was trying to figure out something.

"Its all in a different language. I can't understand." Kol mumbled.

"Here try to say what is being said into this." I held my phone up. It was on google translate, I knew it probably wouldn't work but at least we would have it written down.

He closed his eyes and began talking. I slowly started to realize I've heard this somewhere before.

I got dizzy and knew what this was,"Stop!" I mumbled out hoping Kol would hear me over the voices.

"Mia?!" Devina ran over to me seeing as I was falling over on to the table.

Kol stopped and just stared at us. He rushed over and bit into his wrist. He held it out to me and I pushed it away.

"What happened?" Kol looked down at me with sympathetic eyes.

"That language, was so familiar. I could faintly make out the words." I held my head,"I have no idea how."

"You were adopted?" Devina asked and I looked up at her and nodded,"We need to find your real parents."

"Why ths bloody hell would we do that?" Kol snapped at Devina. He looked hurt that they would be looking for my old family.

"If she can understand it, it means she learned it somewhere. She didn't learn it with Ella or us. Meaning her parents knew it as well to be able to teach her."

"You think they'd know how to kill her?" I asked Devina and she nodded.

"But Kol darling." He looked at Devina,"You can't come. She's still in your head and can see everything you're seeing. Which means Ella and the hallow can find us. I'm surprised she didn't find us yet."

"Thats because she can't." I mumbled, "The hallow is trapped and needs Kol to go to her."

"So she can get strong again?" Kol asked and I nodded. I wasn't sure how I knew all of these things about her, I just knew.
