Chapter 3

~ Morning ~

Ugh, I get up and dress for media. I finish up and Pete comes up behind me.

CiCi:"Why are you always so close to me?"

Pete:"Because you're beautiful, sweetheart."

CiCi:"Thanks, now move."

Pete:"Feisty, I can release some of that tension, y-"

CiCi:"Shut up."

Pete:"Okay, fine."

I roll my eyes.

Pete:"What's up with you?"

CiCi:"Nothing."

Just had a dream about you, and you are making me much more sexually frustrated.

Pete:"Alright, we'll probably travel all together."

CiCi:"Cool, we have interviews, and a panel?"

Pete:"Yeah, and I am going to get you out of your mood."

CiCi:"I am not-"

He tilts my chin up, and I quickly look down.

Pete:"Don't lie to me, sweetheart."

CiCi:"Its just weird, I'm just tired maybe."

I walk right to Trent and take him outside the room.

Trent:"What's up with you and Pete?"

CiCi:"Nothing."

Trent:"Okay, I don't believe you but okay."

CiCi:"Shut up, let's just go."

We get in the car and Tyler and Pete come shortly after.

I sit next to Tyler.

Tyler:"You're ignoring Pete, now?"

CiCi:"Sort of."

We go to the first place for our radio interviews. When we get there, Pete opens the door for me.

CiCi:"Thanks."

We go into the building and Pete pulls me aside.

CiCi:"Yeah."

Pete:"You still seem upset, think I can fix that."

He starts to tickle me.

CiCi:"Stop!"

Pete:"When you're smiling again, I will."

CiCi:"Okay, okay. I'm good."

Pete stops and I hit his arm.

CiCi:"Ugh, stop being so nice."

Pete:"Why?"

CiCi:"Because."

I leave and he wraps his arm around my waist.

Pete:"Damn, you're frustrating."

We sit down and set up for radio. I sit net to Pete, and he pulls my legs over his.

CiCi:"What if they say something?"

Pete:"Just don't want someone else flirting with what's mine."

CiCi:"I'm not yours."

Pete:"Yet."

CiCi:"I don't usually hang with guys like you."

Pete:"Like what? Handsome? Charming? Champions?"

CiCi:"No, guys who are know to sleep with every girl. One who doesn't care about anyone but himself."

He pulls me closer.

Pete:"Maybe I have to change your opinion of me, sweetheart."

Tyler:"Pete, stop flirting with her."

Trent:"Yeah we got to test our microphones and stuff."

We finish setting up and start talking about our experience.

Radio host:"CiCi, how would you say you balance your relationship with Pete Dunne with all of the traveling a-"

CiCi:"I am actually not with Pete Dunne, and seeing all of these guys will be a bit easier because they are now signed to full term contracts and they are working on the move to Florida."

Pete:"Yeah, and then maybe it will be easier to start a relationship with this one."

Tyler:"Or maybe she's not that interested."

CiCi:"So, Takeover: Chicago is in a few days."

Tyler:"And I will successfully defend my United Kingdom championship."

Pete:"Or I will take what's mine."

We finish up the interview.
