I parked my car before jumping out quickly and running to the gym with all of the other guys, and Autumn. 

My couch saw me and rolled her eyes with a small smile before I dropped my bags and ran over to the mats where everyone was stretching. I stretched with them, before we started to practice our routine. 

We finally got to take a break. From Magcon of course. I didn't get a break because I know had to work my ass off to do good in my cheer competition this Saturday. 

I was lifted into the air and thrown up, but when I landed in Chelsea and Brittney's arms, I spotted something unusual. Something that made my stomach churn. 

Sofia, the bitchiest girl on the team, was standing in front of Jack. Twirling her hair and chomping on her gum. Being the captain is going to come in handy fright now. 

I walked over to her, stomping my bare feet onto the matt and jumped onto the tile. Taylor and Autumn smirked at me, them being the only ones that noticed. 

"Sofia?" I said in a bitchy tone with a fake smile on my face. 

"What?" She asked and turned to me. 

"Did you really stand here the whole fucking routine and talk to my friends?" I asked and she smiled. 

"Oh these are your friends? Sorry I didn't know." She turned to Jack and smiled. He rolled his eyes in annoyance and turned to Cameron who was next to him, trying to hold in his laughter. 

"Go practice your part in the damn routine." I said and she scoffed. 

"I'd rather to talk to Jack." She said and I let out a small laugh. 

"And I'd rather shove my foot down your throat but unfortunately, I can't do that. And you can't talk to Jack. You're not allowed, to talk to him. Or my friends. Or my brother. So do me a favor and go. Practice." I said and Autumn started laughing hysterically. 

"You're such a bitch." She said and I smirked. 

"But I'm your captain. And being the captain, I have to make sure this routine is flawless on Saturday. So I'd really appreciate it if you would not fuck up this routine and go practice. So, go go." I said and waved my hand. She rolled her eyes and walked off. 

"Well shit." Cameron said and I laughed. 

"Jealous?" Jack asked with a smirk. He stood up and I looked up at him. 

"Just pissed. She tries with Cameron all the time." I said and Cameron sighed and nodded. "She can't have you." I said and his smirk grew wider. 

"You're pretty hot when you're angry." He whispered in my ear and I blushed. 

"Lace!" Chelsea called and I held up one of my fingers. 

"Gotta gooooo." I said and Jack kissed my quickly. 

"Just so she knows she can't have me." He said an I kissed hi again, just a tad longer. 

I ran off and jogged to Chelsea and Brittney. When I passed Sofia I turned and blew Jack a kiss, in which he returned with a wink. I looked at Sofia and flicked her off with a wide smile. Her jaw dropped and she stomped her foot onto the mat. 

"Run it from the top!" I yelled and the music started.
