I walked back to the castle, the sky a neat mixture of red and blue and purple. It looked like different flavors of cotton candy spread out in the sky above the world. The red color in the atmosphere reminded me of Keith, and the blue color made me think of myself.
To myself, I hummed a small tune. It was a song my mother sang to me as a child when I had nightmares. She'd sing that song to me when I wasn't feeling well, or when I just couldn't fall asleep. She had sung that song to me before she—and the rest of my family (including myself) found out I was an elemental, and I was made to move away.
It wasn't all bad though, living in a large castle with a few other people took some getting used to, but other than that, and Allura's strict warnings, everything was fine. I get to visit my family for a week or two every couple of months.
All-in-all living with a pretty lady, and my bestfriends, Hunk And Pidge, is really fun, and Shiro's a cool-ish dude as well.

I finally reached the castle's large front doors—which I could of pushed open, and made my way into the castle temperately, but decided against that because I know I'd only be greeted by a nagging Allura.
I walked a little ways around the perimeter of the castle. I grabbed onto a handful grapevines, which grew down the surface of the wall.
I tugged on the vines to make sure they were sturdy. When I deemed them safe enough, I started to climb up the green vines. I ascended up the building front, nearly slipping and falling to the ground—which is probably much farther down than it looks. Finally I reached my window ledge, pulling myself up, then slipping into my opened window. I fell face first onto the floor with a great 'thud', knocking over a framed photo of my family.
I picked myself up, then I picked up my picture, I set it back on my self neatly, quickly scanning it for any cracks. Not finding any blemishes, I walked over to my bed, and lie down, realizing just how bad my bones ached.
My eyes felt droopy, and my limbs felt like they had heavy weights attached them. My bed felt like a cloud, slowly drifting in the sky, as I gave in, letting sleep completely wash over me.

The madly beating on my metal door, accompanied by Allura's voice which was steadily getting angrier by the second, woke me from my pleasant dream of exotic fish and the even more exotic and beautiful mermaids.
"Lance!"
Allura called sounded peeved. I got up and walked over to the door, she called my name again, irritation as evident in her voice as her proper English accent.
"Lance, open the door!"
She called, as I contemplated whether or not I actually wanted to open the door. "Lance!" I could escape out the window. "Lance, McClain!" Uh oh, she used the last name.I opened the door. Allura stood about a foot away, hand on her hip, mouth pulled into a frown. "Good morning, Allura!" I told her, a bright smile on my face. "You're looking as beautiful as always." I finished, a small flirt prompt in my voice. She gave me an unamused looked.
"I know you heard me banging on your door," Allura started, "So what took you so long to answer?" She finished, pursing her lips together. I had about 1.5 seconds to find a good excuse, or else I'd be stuck with cleaning duty for 3 days.
"I..."
She raised an eyebrow.
"Was...uh..."
She narrowed her eyes.
"You were...?"
"I...was...using the bathroom!"
I blurted out abruptly. She raised her eyebrow so fast it just about flew off her face.
"You were using the bathroom...for thirty minutes?" She questioned, her arms crossed over her chest.
"I'm not gonna lie to you, Allura, it was bad." I put emphasis on the last word, she sighed."Anyways,"
I began, a hand in my pocket, as I leaned against the doorway.
"what did you need, Princess?"
"I wanted to ask you something."
She said.
"Shoot."
I told, finger–gunning at her.
"Where did you go yesterday?"Does she know?
Should I tell her?
