"Let's rest up babe" Michael said, and Hailey nodded at him.
"Y-yeah... our beds defiantly better than the tour bus... ha..ha.." Hailey said, her awkwardness clearly showing.
"Why are you so awkward?" Michael asked, laying down in the bed. Hailey sighed, it was way too obvious.
"Awkward? Pffftttt noooooo" Hailey said, waving him off laying next to him. "How about we go, shower? Yeah!" She suggested, and quickly got out of bed.
"Yeah" Michael said, a smirk forming onto his lips. Hailey blushed, and winked at the boy as she walked into the bathroom.
The two got into the shower, and Michael wrapped his arms around her waist. Hailey smiled softly, and leaned her head onto his chest.
"I've missed you" Michael said, placing a kiss onto her bare shoulder. Hailey nodded and smiled softly.
"I've missed you too..." Hailey said softly, not fully believing herself. She still kept thinking about her and Jay.
"You seem off...." Michael noticed as he turned Hailey towards him. "Talk to me, you can tell me anything" he told her. He moved her now wet hair out of her face.
"A little..." Hailey said a little worried if she should tell him or not. "But don't worry about it, okay?" She said softly, opening the shampoo bottle.
Michael watched his wife do so, and then he sighed. He knew something was up, but why wouldn't she tell him?
"Hailey?" Michael asked out, starling the girl. She looked at him quickly, and nodded. "You love me, right?" He asked and the girl took in a sharp breath.
"Of course I love you, MC! Why w-w-wouldn't I?" Hailey asked, starting to shampoo his hair. Michael watched the girl as she did so.
"Then just tell me what's going on. I'm your husband" Michael said, humming at her actions.
"I'm just tired I guess...." Hailey said, not ready to admit what was done earlier. The black haired boy nodded, and watched her full of love in his eyes.
After their shower, Michael hugged Hailey close to him. Hailey smiled and hugged him back. She nuzzled her head into his neck, and stood there.
"Mmmm" Hailey said, taking in the smell of his cologne. "You smell so good" she said and the boy chuckled.
"Thank you. Let's go lay down, okay? It's late" Michael informed her, and the two laid down in their bed.
Hailey curled up to Michael, and the two laid in each other's arms. Hailey's phone dinged, and the black haired boy yawned.
"Who was that?" He asked, and Hailey shrugged.
"I don't know, and I don't care" she said, but curiosity filled up in her.
Time pasted, and Michael was fully asleep. She smiled, and turned to grab her phone. She saw that the text message was from Jay.
Jay- hi beautiful 😍
Hailey- hey Jay
Jay- you're still up?!
Hailey- mhm, what's up?
Jay- you didn't tell him, right?
Hailey- no babe, I wouldn't
Jay- good thing😉
Hailey- our secret Jay
Jay- good, but shouldn't we tell him?
Hailey- yeah but, who cares? What he doesn't know won't kill him
Jay- you're right! How do I look?Hailey- good as always 😍😍
Jay- amazing! You and I are going out tomorrow, deal?
Hailey- deal!
Jay- goodnight cutie
Hailey- goodnight hottie
Hailey put her phone up, and looked at Michael. He looked so peaceful and happy. He tightened his grip on his wife.
She ran her fingers through his hair, and smiled. She loved Michael, and she knew what she was doing was wrong.
She sighed, and moved in closer to the black haired boy. Michael shifted in his sleep and fluttered his eyes open.
"Babe, you're still awake?" He asked, his voice raspy. The girl nodded and cupped his cheek.
"Just thinking, and I was texting Jay..." she said, and the boy stiffened.
"At 3am? How come?" Michael asked, getting more skeptical now.
"Oh, uh... he just wants to hangout with me tomorrow so yah..." Hailey said, and Michael furrowed his eyebrows together.
"How come?" He asked, and Hailey sighed.
"Just cause!?! I don't know! Let it go damn it!" Hailey said, turning away from him. She was getting defensive and Michael knew for sure that something was up.
"You're hiding something... I know you are. You're my wife, I know somethings going on" Michael said, and his voice became shaky.
"JuST LET IT GO MICHAEL! I WANT TO SLEEP! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR??!" Hailey yelled, making Skylar cry from her room. The girl sighed, and sat up to get out of bed.
"Stay here!" Michael said sternly, pushing her back down. Hailey gasped by his action, and he walked towards his daughters room.
"Hey Sky, why are you crying?" Michael asked, walking to her little twin bed Jay bought her.
"M-m-momma yell" Skylar told him, gasping for air from crying to much. Michael sighed and sat down next to her, rubbing her back soothingly.
"Momma's just tired, okay? She needs to sleep, that's why she's angry" Michael said, and the little girl nodded with a sniffle.
"O-okay... can you beat mouth? Jay do for me at bedtime" Skylar said, nuzzling up in her sheets. Michael giggled at her way of saying beat box.
"I'm not good as Jay, but I will" Michael said, as he started to beat box for her. Skylar smiled, making the black haired boy smile as well.
"Night daddy, I wuv you" Skylar mumbled before falling asleep. Michael placed a kiss onto her forehead.
"I love you too angel" he said before walking out of the room. He opened his and Hailey's room door, and then closed it.
"Goodnight Michael, I love you" Hailey said, and Michael laid down next to her and chuckled.
"Goodnight Hailey, I love you too. But don't force out those three words, if you don't feel it anymore" he said as he turned away from Hailey.
Hailey gasped and tears welled up in her eyes. Michael's too smart...he'll figure out Jay and Hailey faster than he freestyles.
