Return of the Phoenix

Fifth Year: Fairness

          In Umbridge's class not learning Defense Against Dark Arts mostly focusing on OWL's and NEWT's exams Katherine witnessed Harry having a yelling match with her and she assigned him detention for it where she was torturing him with a quill that when you write the words appear on one's hand and not paper. Katherine waited for Harry when she saw it she said "She's torturing you Harry, you need to tell Dumbledore or McGonagall this isn't right" he said "No, I don't want to give Umbridge satisfaction" she said "Then I will report it" he said "Be a good girlfriend and just drop it" he walked off. Katherine was wanting to be a good girlfriend but Umbridge was breaking rules she went to tell Professor McGonagall of it. McGonagall spoke with Umbridge on her disciplinary practices aren't to be tolerated where all students watched it unfold Katherine was responsible for it she smiled. When Harry greeted her he said "Did you?" she said "If I were to be a better girlfriend I would make sure fairness was in order and it wasn't." Umbridge had taken to getting cozy with Hogwarts she declares herself High Inquisitor thus taking over Hogwarts bit by bit. 

           Katherine seeing Umbridge taking over Hogwarts was making her blood boil she had to stay calm and not allow the Phoenix to burst out but she was getting angry think Bruce Banner angry becoming the Hulk. Dumbledore returns to Hogwarts to stop Umbridge from sending Professor Trelawney away but ignoring Harry's pleas to talk. Katherine was writing to her mom about all that's happening and that she was worried that the Phoenix will come out if she's not careful and she hates it there. Katherine came upon Ron, Hermione, and Harry talking Hermione said "If we can't defend ourselves then we do it outside of Hogwarts?" she smiled because finally something will be done. Snow recently fell in middle of night blanket across Hogwarts and it's surroundings so the four headed to Hog's Head pub where select group of students listened to tales of Harry's fight with Voldemort and use of patronus charm causing many who doubted him willing to be taught how defend against the dark arts from him.

          Katherine was elected to give Umbridge and her favorites the runarounds and earning Draco's words of the wise more like she should dump Harry for him given he's a better choice she said "Draco do you love to hear yourself talk because what world would I ever consider you" he said "Just think about it". Katherine had sent a decoy to do the runarounds while she was with the group showing her patronus charm it was a phoenix and her technique of defending against the dark arts. Gearing for winter break Katherine saw others leave she said "So, not bad professor Potter" he said "Well, I have a knack for this" she said "You think I could get a private lesson, professor?". Mistletoe appear above their heads she had put her arms around his neck she said "I can't believe we have a standing chance against Umbridge" he said "Did you doubt me?" she said "Oh, I would never do that, the great Harry Potter" he kissed her and they continued because it was just them two standing under mistletoe without a care in the world.
