Chapter 6 "New friends"

I'm walking around the city I run into the CCG officer again. "Oh hey again" he looks at me "Yes hello.. I'm sorry about the other day." "It's alright" I continue walking he catches up with me. "I forgot to ask you your age is that alright?". "Yea it's fine, I'm 21 how about you?". He studies me for a while "I'm 22 I got a job as a CCG investigator  when I was 19" "Oh nice do you like it?" He looks at me "Um yes I like it a lot". We continue walking silently, then He breaks the silence "Have you about the student getting attacked by the two ghouls?", "Yes, I did". "Was he your friend?" "Um no he wasn't,"I say looking away, he's quiet  "I have to go," I say before I walk away. He looks at me then walks away. I continue walking around the city  I see that male Ghoul again, He glares at me I continue staring at him I crash into my girlfriend. "Oh, I'm  so sorry!"  I look up her she sticks out her hand, I grab hand "Thanks"  "How's your walk?" I whisper"I ran into a CCG officer today and the other day" she looks at me "What!?". "I tried not to act suspicious, I just acted normal", We continue walking silently, She grabs my hand I look at her blushing slightly.  I start walking to the University. I run into the CCG  investigator  "Off to The University?" "Yes" I walk quickly I show up to The University, I walk up to the door. "Well bye," the dove turns and walks away, I walk into the university and I head to class, I see my friend that I haven't since middle school. "Omg Miranda!" I run up to her and I hug her "How have you been?"  I look at her "I've been alright"  I say looking away. She looks at me "Alright.. so did you hear about the two Ghouls that killed that student?" "Yep, I did.." I walk away to my seat and I get my stuff out and I work on some of my notes, An hour passes by. The course is over. "See ya soon Emiri" "Yea see ya" I walk out of class College classes are over now I walk out of the university exhausted I see Miranda she walks up to me "Do you mind if I hang out at your place?" " No not at all gotta ask my girlfriend first " I pull out my phone and dial my girlfriend. "Hey what's up?" "So I was wondering if my friend could come over is that alright?" "Yea that's fine "Alright bye" "Bye" then I hang up. I look at Miranda "You can come over" "Alright" we start walking home then my girlfriend pulls up and we get in the car and drive home.
