Tenko, Kaito, Kokichi, Kaede

Kaede's POV
(flashback)

I just watched them on the TV screen.

Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko survived! I'm so happy!

I'm hoping they'll be able to find this shelter...

I wonder how Shuichi will react.. to me being alive.

I miss him so much.. I hope he feels the same..

~end of flashback~

"Kaede...?"

I hear a familiar voice call my name.

Not Tenko.

Not Kaito.

Not Kokichi.

I turn around.

"Shuichi...?" I say.

Tenko and Kaito are with me. They also turn to see.

We see THEM.

Shuichi, Himiko, and Maki.

The three survivors.

We all stand in shock for a few seconds.

Then Tenko runs up to hug Himiko.

Maki goes up to Kaito and held him tight.

I, without thinking, embrace Shuichi.

We all stood there in pairs, crying with joy. The shock was of course greater for the three survivors, because their loved ones were actually alive.

But we were all put back into reality when we heard clapping.

All the other survivors were clapping for us.

I then realized I was hugging Shuichi, so I let go.

I was a bit embarrassed but I think it's alright, my excitement covered it up.

I look next to me and Shuichi looks very confused. He's the Ultimate Detective so I guess it's normal for him to think about this situation so much.

Only smiles was passed between us six as a greeting. No one spoke much. The three survivors were in front of people they thought had been killed. That's to be expected.

Until one person did.

"Kaede... how are you alive..? I thought I saw you die.." Shuichi asks me.

I see a few tears drop down from his face. He tries to hide it but I see.

"I don't exactly understand how I did either... I remember being unconscious then woke up here. I was saved by Aihya."

"If you want me to explain everything, I will now if you'd like." I hear Aihya say.

We all nod our heads.

"Here, follow me to the room in the back of the building. It'll be easier to explain, plus there's seats."
