Day 50-51

Afterschool
Roxas POV
"Roxas, I'm sure Xion is doing fine," Riku said.

"I think so too.. but, I can't help but think something bad is going to happen to her," I said.

"You're overthinking it, Roxas," Axel said.

"I hope I am.." I mumbled.

"I'm sure in a few days, Xion will be back," Sora said.

"You sure?" I asked.

"Of course, she'll be back before you know it!" Sora said.

"Thanks," I said.

"What I think is more important is that fianceé of yours. Didn't you tell Xion and I that you had no family? How was Namine able to call your mom?" Axel said.

"That woman isn't part of my family," I said.

"What are you talking about? She's your mom," Axel said.

"She's a monster," I said.

"What did your mother do for you to call her a monster," Riku asked.

"Enough, I'm leaving," I said.

I thought being here I would never EVER hear my mother getting mentioned. I guess I was wrong.

I walked away from everyone.

"Wait up! Weren't we going to walk together to get ice cream?" Axel yells as I walk away.

I didn't feel like going to Xion's house so I simply just went to my house. Despite the risk..

When I arrive at the entrance of my house. I hesitate on opening the door. I slowly turn the door knob. I try my my best not to be any sound when I stop in. I look around noticing Namine isn't there anymore. It was quite suprising to me but I didn't really feel like taking a few moments to think why she wasn't in my house anymore. I lie on my bed. I look at the ceiling as I sigh in disapointment.

'I sure hope Xion is alright..'

Was what I thought before I fell asleep.

Day 51

When I wake up I look at my clock noticing that it was already time to wake up. I get up and go to school.

Since Xion wasn't there I decided to head to the library. When I sat down to enjoy the peace and quiet that's when I notice..

'Shit! I didn't my homework.'

I hurry and get my homework out my backpack. I rush and write down as much answers as possible before the bell rings.

DING DONG

Looks like I'll have to cram in some work before the teacher walks in. I rush over to my class to finish up some work. Luckily this first teacher takes his slow time walking here so I should be able to finish everything.

Afterschool

I notice Sora walking in front of me. He turns around somehow knowing I was there.

"Hi Roxas! Where did you go yesterday?" Sora asked.

"Oh..! I had something to do," I said.

"Oh is that so? You weren't in a good mood yesterday though..," Sora said as he stops for me to catch up to him.

"Yesterday? Oh. Yeah I wasn't. I think I should apologize to everyone..," I said.

"You don't need to apologize, I think everyone will understand," Sora said.

"I'm pretty sure everyone else will say something similar but I still believe I should," I said.

"Well, if you really believe so. Oh since we're together right now, let's race to the clock tower!" Sora said.

"Oh, you're on!" I said.

"Alright.. 1.. 2.. 3!" Sora yelled as he started to sprint.

Sora began to take the lead. I tried to catch up but he was too fast. When we arrived to top of the clock tower we both saw Riku and Axel waiting.

"Why are two so tired?" Riku asked.

"We.. we..r..e rac.," Sora breathes in. "Racing,"

"Oh, well I'm guessing since I saw Sora come here first that he won,"

"Yup..," I said.

"I'm a lot more faster than Sora," Riku said.

"No you aren't!" Sora said.

"What's our score then?" Riku said.

"What do you mean by score?" Axel interrupted.

"I have 58. You have 56!" Sora said.

"You mean, you have 56 points and I have 58 points," Riku said.

"What are you guys talking about?" Axel asked.

"We're talking about how many wins Riku and I have made when we race. Clearly, I am winning!" Sora said.

"I think you need to get your brain checked, Sora. I have more wins than you," Riku said.

"No I do!" Sora said.

"Okay Okay. Let's stop this quarrel here," Axel said.

"Hmph!" Sora said crossing his arms.

"Well at least they stopped. Oh right, about yesterday what happened? You got mad yesterday. You alright?" Axel said.

"Oh yeah, sorry.. I wasn't feeling good yesterday," I said.

"I figured you weren't in a good mood. It's fine," Axel said.

"Alright, where's the ice cream!" Sora asked.

"Sora isn't even mad anymore," I said as I chuckled a bit.

"Yup, he's fine," Axel said.

"Here's the ice cream," Riku said giving one to himself and giving the rest to Axel for him to pass down.

"I just visited Xion yesterday. She didn't look like she was going to get out anytime soon. What happened," Axel said.

"I don't really know myself," I said.

"Hope things go well for Xion," Riku said.

"I hope so too," I said as I quietly sighed.

"Why don't we all go visit Xion afterwards," Sora suggested.

"Sure, I got no plans later," Riku said.

"I'll go," Axel said.

"I want to visit Xion also," I said.

"Then let's go after we finish eating," Sora said.

After we finished eating we all walked over to the hospital. We walked to Xion's room and we all walked up to her. She was there sleeping.

"Is it perhaps you all are Xion's friends?"

"Who are you?" Riku asked.

"I'm Xion's mother. Nice to meet you all," She says. "Oh is that you Roxas?" She says.

"Oh uh.. yes," I said.

"I'm glad you visited. I'm sure Xion will appreciate it. I'll be going back home now, goodbye!" Xion's mother said stepping out the door.

"Well she's gone I guess?" Axel said.

I look over at Xion sleeping.

I hope she's okay..

"She doesn't seem too bad. I think she'll be awake anytime soon," Riku said.

"Really?" I said with uncertainty. Riku nods at me. I sigh in relief.

After we talk a bit we all decide to go home.
