Chapter 3

Killian's POV

This Emma Swan is alot tougher then I thought she would be. I mean she has an attitude at me, but then she seems to be friendly with everyone else. Its been like this for the last two weeks since she has started here. Oh I know what she is doing. It seems to me someone wants me to quit so she can be alone in this. Well two can play this game because I am good friends with our Chief and Swan is always late. I guess I'll just have to tell him and get this all to myself.

"David, David, David. How are you this lovely morning?" I ask.

"Jones Why are you being a kiss ass this time?" David asks.

"Look I think its time you know that for the last two week Emma Swan has been late. All day, everyday and its not very professional. If she isnt committed to her job then maybe she shouldnt be here." I say.

"Killian you will just say anything to get that poor woman either fired or make her quit wouldnt you?" He questions.

"No its true. She is always late. I bet it has to do with making herself look good or something. I mean she threw the uniform I tried to give her at my face." I say.

"Killian your my friend and your my coworker and your an idiot. Now leave Emma Swan alone and actually work with her and not against her." He says.

"Oh my god. Is that why Emma is always late, she is trying to dig up dirt about me and then talking to you after hours when she leaves very quickly after you do? Is that whats happening? I knew that blonde bitch was after me. David you have to get rid of this late, job stealing bitch." I say.

"Killian, Emma Swan isnt out to take your job and she has no problem working with a partner. Though I can see why she asked for another one. I told her she will get used to you and your selfish behavior." He says.

"Fine maybe she isnt a job stealer, that doesnt mean she still isnt a late to work bitch." I say.

"Your only calling her a bitch because she wont leave and let you be in this alone. Your mad because someone is actually fighting you on this. Remember Jones I've known you for years. You only call someone a bitch when they are tougher then you like." He says.

"Okay maybe thats true, but Dave she is always late and leaves really early. Like we have to be here by 9am and she is usually hear at 9:15am and we should be clock out at 6pm, but she clocks out at 5:30pm. Please tell me that doesnt sound like she wants to be here. I mean Im here at 8am and I leave at 10pm. So please tell me who is more committed to their job." I say.

"Ohh that does change things." He says.

"Really?" I ask.

"No." He says.

"David Im serious here. She isnt committed to her job. How can you be okay with this?" I ask.

"Killian.... You really dont know do you? Emma has another job that is more important than this. So I told her as long as she gets her by 9:15am she can leave at 5:30pm. Besides if she is ever needed in the night she keeps her phone on in case of an emergency. Now  please stop trying to bother that nice woman and who knows maybe she just might tell you what her other important job is." He says and walks away.

What can be more important then this? Nothing thats what. I looked at the clock and it was 9:15am and Emma then walked into the station. She has been here two weeks and everyone adores her and David lets her come in late and leave early. What is more important this this for her and why do I want to know? Ugh Emma Swan is a mystery to me and if they is one thing I love its a good mystery. Oh Emma it looks like I will know all about you and maybe even find something that just will get rid of you once and for all. Then this will be all mine just like it should have been at the start.
