Owen Blackbourne sat in the waiting room surrounded by all thirteen of his brothers, the Toma team quickly becoming that when they all realized that they had feelings for Sang. They had originally been in the room where Sang lay unconscious, but was quickly ushered out when they had tests to do on her.
That had been well over four hours now.
Sean had tried using his doctor card to be able to see her medical records, but because of the fact she was a Ghost as well as being to close to him, he was unfortunately denied. All of his brothers had somehow gotten out of that hell they kept Sang in unscathed, except for the occasional bruise or scratch from when they were taken.
Sang had been gone for almost a day when they were abducted from their own home, a feat not many are able to do. They had somehow infiltrated their home and set it up so a gas would mix in with the air once the air conditioning unit kicked on. They didn't notice the weird smell until it was too late, having cocked it up to Sean trying to cook again.
They simply thought Sang went to her actual home, and needed some time to herself. She still hadn't switched the cameras on in her home, so there hadn't been a way for them to check the inside of her home. They had just assumed, and that's where they messed up.
When Owen saw the state Sang had been in, no less than forty eight hours after confessing she had growing feelings for them, it nearly sent him into a rage. And Owen Blackbourne doesn't go into fits of rage, he couldn't allow himself to.
But for Sang, he was going to take the risk.
Then, after watching his darling, something he had taken to calling her inside of his head where Sean couldn't find out and tease him meticulously for, save herself as well as the others, it made Owen feel as if he had failed her again. He knew she didn't need them saving her, but it didn't stop the want, the need Owen felt whenever he saw her. He couldn't save his mother, he'd be damned if he couldn't save her.
Owen stood up as Phil walked into the waiting room, his face from as he watched all fourteen men stand on the balls of their feet. The Russian looked like he wouldn't be waiting long at all, and it was Corey and Corey alone that was keeping him from barreling through the entire hospital to get to Sang's room. Phil's face stuck with all of them, as he took a deep breathe and the room hold its.
"She's gone." With that the room erupted into chaos, some questioning whether "gone" mean dead, or if "gone" meant ran away. Owen held his hand up and silenced the room within moments, no one wanting to be on the receiving end of one of Owens ice stares.
Sean practically shivered at the thought.
"She's alive you knit wits," Phil scolded them, half of them having at least the decency to look ashamed. The Greek and Russian didn't bother, both of them sharing a look and wondering what the hell 'knit wits' even meant. "The Academy heads, they're the ones making her leave. I'm sorry boys, my hands are tied."
The room was silent as they all stared at him, before Owen crossed the room. He looked Phil directly in his eyes, looking for any type of lie or discrepancy within his story.
He didn't find any.
Owen let out a defeated sigh before looking back to Axel and Sean, pleading with those closest to him to come up with some type of idea, a plan or something, but they both gave him the same exact look.
"Is there a way we can contact her Phil?" He sighed slightly before a grim look settled onto his face.
"I'm afraid not, at least not one that I know of. She's always the one that contacted me, never the way around. I wasn't even the one to bring her back to. Charleston, the head of the Academy was. He's the only one that knows where she is, sometimes he doesn't know for sure." That didn't tide Owen over, in fact, it seemed to make him panic even more.
