When we walked back inside our house, all the lights were on and we heard noise from the kitchen.

“Hello?” Harry called taking my hand again.

“Harry!” a familiar voice exclaimed. Louis…

Soon enough, the handsome thirty one year old boy ran into the foyer to attack Harry with a hug. He followed with me and I wrapped my arms around his neck.

“I haven’t seen you guys in so long!” he exclaimed picking me up off the floor.

“Careful there Lou!” I heard Madeline laugh from behind him. He set me down and spun around to smile at his girlfriend.

“Oh you know there’s only you love,” he said kissing her forehead.

“Sorry, but Louis why are you here?” Harry asked.

“We wanted to come say hi, but you weren’t home… and I know where you guys hide your key so we just came in anyway.”

I looked at Harry and laughed at his reaction, “Well it’s really nice to see you two, I’ve missed you,” I said smiling.

“Aww! You see Harry, Maya’s happy to see us!” Louis said looking at me and smiling his adorable smile. I looked at my cousin and she just laughed. The two of us girls left the boys in the foyer and walked into the kitchen together.

“So how have you and Louis been?” I asked looking to see what the two of them had on the stove.

“Really well actually,” she walked over to see what I was looking at, “Sorry Louis wanted to make some sort of chicken parmesan, but he didn’t know how. That’s the sauce he put on.”

I sighed. Louis was a terrible cook; we all knew that about him. Harry and Louis joined us in the kitchen, the two of them laughing. Harry took over at the stove and I got to sit down with my cousin who I hadn’t talked to in months.

“So are you living with Louis yet?” I asked as I plopped down on the couch in the living room. She sat down next to me and put her knee underneath her.

“Not technically still,” she said frowning.

“He hasn’t asked you to move in yet?”

She shook her head and looked at the sand colored suede couch, drawing designs on it with her fingers.

“Have you at least slept with him yet?” I asked quietly so the guys couldn’t hear in the kitchen.

Her head shot up, “Maya!” she exclaimed. I turned around and Harry and Louis were looking at the two of us. I gave Harry a cute little wave and smiled. He squinted at me, smiling also, but turned back to Louis who had a beer in his hand.

I looked back at Madeline, “So?” I asked quietly.

            She bit her lip, “Maybe…”

My jaw dropped into a smile and I lightly hit her arm, “Yes!” I exclaimed quietly.

“That’s it though,” she said seeming a bit disappointed.
