Need You

Really Emma?

I woke up to the sound of laughter and music.

A smile appeared across my face. I'm so lucky for everyone in my life. I got up and walked downstairs and entered the kitchen.

The cook; Catherine, Sam, and my kids were cooking and dancing to Shape of You.

If you can't beat them, join them. That is exactly what I did.

After breakfast was made everyone including the staff sat for breakfast. "Oh Emma invited you to lunch and dinner tonight", said Catherine. "And I suppose your joining us Catherine?", I asked. "If that's okay with you sure", she said. I nodded. We ate in peaceful silence.

After we cleaned up breakfast we sat down in the living room. The twins were playing with the block while we talked.

"Its sad that he isn't in their lives...", said Catherine. Sam hummed in agreement. "He's missing a lot", Sam said. A pang of hurt struck my heart.

I sighed. "One day he'll understand," i said.

We sat there and talked till around 1.
I got up and said, "Okay Issac and Ivy in the shower come on we're going to Auntie Emma's house."

They looked at me and nodded. I followed after them while Sara and Catherine went to get themselves ready.

After a quick shower for the kids I got them dressed. Ivy's outfit was light blue jeans, and a white and gold shirt, gold sneakers and a ponytail. Isaac's outfit was khaki pants, a blue polo, white sneakers, and his hair brushed up.

I gave them my phone to use while i got ready. I took a quick shower.

I stood in front of my mirror. I stared at my self.

What did he wrong in me? Everything was done to his expectations.

His fingers traced my skin. His breath on my skin made my heart race. "So beautiful", he said biting my earlobe. I forced the moan in.

A tear slid down my face. Get your self together. He doesn't deserve your tears. I collected myself and looked back at myself. My outfit consisted of light blue jeans, a red blouse,  and black heels.

I smiled and walked out of my room. At the same time as me Sara walked out of her room.

She was wearing a black skater skirt and a white shirt with some sandals.

"Everyone ready?", I asked. 

Everyone around me nodded. "Mommy come onnnnn", said Issac as he pulled on my hand. I laughed and followed behind this very hyper child. What an amazing night we're gonna have...yea right. We all exited the house and walked next door to Emma's. The whole street was packed with cars even her driveway, and when I tell you it's a big driveway...I mean it. 

I walked up to the door and rang the doorbell. I heard Emma's voice saying,"Coming" Eventually the door opened and my best friend looking so stunning stood there. "Ashlynnnnnn", she yelled while hugging me. "Child", I replied back. She laughed and stopped hugging me. "Come on in you all", she said while stepping to the side. We entered. 

I looked around. You would never guess who was there. I turned and looked at Emma. She looked at me and nervously smiled. "Oops..", she said as she walked away. I'm gonna murder this girl one of these days. 

The twins held onto my hand and stayed close. "There's too many people mommy...", said a scared Ivy.

I looked down at her and gave her a small smile. I picked her up and held Issac's hand. We walked to the living room. I sat down and sat Issac down next to me. I could feel someone's stare but didn't dare to find out who. 

This place was congested with the Blacks. I think I'm gonna be sick at the end of this. I stared at my kids till I couldn't feel the stare. Slowly I looked around. I seen the dirty looks that everyone is giving me and my children. They can suck it. I looked away. 

A while later someone sat down next to me. I looked over and seen Emma. 

"Hey...", she said.

"Hey"

"Okay I know you're mad at me but I didn't think you'll come if I told you they were here."

I sighed. "You're right I wouldn't"

She laughed and shook her head. "Why am I not surprised?"

"Cause you know me too well?"

"That I do"

She then stood up and looked at me. 

"Let's go peasants we need to eat food"

"Watch yourself child." I gave her a stern look.

I stood up with my children and walked to the table. I sat down well I mean I was forcefully sat next to Emma who was sitting next to Zack with no surprise that Xavier was sitting right across of me. What a nice life I have. I simply ignored him and ate.

A little bit later my phone rang. I looked at the caller id. It was unknown number.

Who is this? I answered.

"Hello?", I asked.

Laughter was heard then it stopped.

"Such a lovely family you got.  Sadly the father is blinded by lies," said an unknown voice.

"Who is this....?", I said. Nervousness filled me. I could feel everyone's stares on me.

"None of your concern. Watch your back," the person said and they hung up.

Please don't kill me. I've took a long break to focus on school and life. Summer is in like 5 weeks and I'm gonna on vacation. During my flight I will write some chapters but I don't know when  I get there if I'll have internet. Hope you all liked this chapter!
