Will's POV (I just did it be afraid)

I was waiting at my house, nothing special but I was so excited to see my best friend! We are like the next Sam and Colby. (lol yeah youtube reference! And Will looks like anything you want him to look like, but some people are asking so he looks like Noah Schnapp, don't know if that's how you spell it but just look him up, he is on Stranger Things. lol back to the story!) I am supposed to meet Y/n at 6 pm, so excited!

6:15 pm

Ok so what if she is 15 minutes late, she might be caught up in Ninja business or something.

6:45

Ok she is usually never this late, but I am a man of hope, I will wait a little bit longer.

7:00

Ok, last time she was this late was when she had a major emergency, HOLY SHIT! Is she in trouble?

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" I whispered/yelled, I didn't want my mom hearing anything, but I scrambled to get my phone upstairs, I then pressed Y/n's contact, but then something really scary happened.

Hi, you have reached Y/n's voice mail, leave me a message, I am probably doing something really important or watching a tv show where I am too lazy to pick up the phone, bye!

Ok she never goes to voicemail unless she something really shitty happened to her, she called me yesterday that some shit went down with the ninja, but she said she couldn't tell me, I hope she's alright...

Y/n's POV

We were jumping from tree to tree, following Zoe, I was in the back, I didn't want to slow anyone down...

"Hey, Zoe are you sure this is where it is?" Kai asked.

"Sure is, it was here somewhere..." She trailed off when she pulled down a branch, revealing a secret entrance to god knows where.

"Ok team let's go!" Lloyd said but then I stopped them.

"Ok I know I am not your favorite ninja right now but I do know some things okay? Just hear me out, if we are the ninja, then why are we going to the front door right now? It can be a trap for all we know!" I exclaimed when I was ready to face defeat, Everyone... nodded.

"That isn't a bad idea Y/n, could have saved our lives, okay team, we will go through the front door but from what I am seeing, There were human size vents 15 feet to the right, right when we enter. That is where we are going." As Lloyd said that everyone nodded into an agreement.

"Hey guys, before we go in, knock knock?" Jay smiled while the others groaned, but I like a good knock-knock joke.

"Who's there?" I asked.

"Door"

"Door who?"

"Not Door who, Dor-a the Explorer!" I snickered not because of the joke, but how his stupidity made everyone laugh. But there is one thing I am wondering...

Why are they being so nice?

"Ok guys! No more jokes! As much as we all love Jay's knock-knock jokes," note the sarcasm, Jay huffed as Kai smirked, but then turned serious. "we need to see who our threat is!" Kai whispered/yelled.
