Another Love?

AN: theres going to be a time jump in this chapter.

It had already been 2 months since I met Daniel. The night I told Logan about him,  he didn't react how I thought he was. He was actually… glad I guess. Daniel and I had been texting and we planned on eating dinner together today. I was all ready and I was waiting down stairs since he was going to come to pick me up.

"So you going out for dinner with Daniel? "

"yea" I say while scrolling through my phone

"oh, well the guys are coming over for dinner too and to spend the day here"

"nice" I say without looking up

He puts down the plates he had in his hands

"Do you still care about James? "

I look up from my phone,

"I don't know. All I know is that these past few weeks I've spent with Daniel, has gotten me to stop thinking about James. Daniel makes me laugh and he's super sweet with me"

"So you have feelings for him? "

"How I said, I'm not sure. I like being around him so that's probably saying something. "

Just at that moment I hear the doorbell. I get out of my seat and run to the door, but when I open it, Its not Daniel, but the guys

"Oh. Hey Guys" I say with a less enthusiastic voice.

"Well its nice to see you too" Kendall says giving me a hug

"I'm sorry Guys, I'm glad to see you, I was just expecting someone else" I tell them giving Carlos and James a hug, letting them in.

I lead them to the kitchen where Logan is getting all the ingredients out. I look at the clock and see theres still 10 min left to the time has supposed to get here. Why is time going so slow?

About 2 min later I hear the doorbell ring again and now I'm for sure its Daniel. I run to the door and open it up

"Daniel! "

"Aylinn! "

I flung into his arms and he twirls me into a hug.

"Sorry Im early, I just couldnt wait

"Its ok, I felt tims going too slow"

he chuckles a but which makes me smile. His chuckle is so adorable.

"So are you ready to go? "

"Yea let me just grab my purse, Do you want to come in real quick? They guys are in here"

"Sure, I'll say hi to Logan and the guys"

Daniel had already meet Logan a few times the same with the guys. 

We walk into the kitchen and the guys are scattered all over the place cooking dinner.

"Hey guys"

Daniel calls out. They all turn to look at him and give him a smile. All except James. They come over to him and shake hands. They also offer us to stay and eat dinner with them but I told them that they should eat together and me and Daniel will stick to our plan. I mean we dont want to ruin their bro day. We say our godbyes and head out.

JAMES POV

When the doorbell rings Aylinn runs to the front door. Hmm I wonder who it is? I hear some talking and then after a minute or so she comes into the kitchen with Daniel. Ugh I don't even know why but even though he's a nice guy I dont like him, especially not when his around Aylinn and I hate that I feel this way because in reality I shouldbt even care.

The guys invite them for dinner but they decline. They say goodbye and leave. I sent even notice I'm staring at the hallway they just went down until Carlos snaps me out of my thinking

"Whats wrong James, seen a ghost or something? "

"No. I was just thinking. Anyways I'm starving let's keep cooking."

Why do I feel this way?? I love Halston and In not going to leave her for a stupid feeling. Halston is my soulmate and Aylinn is nothing but a friend.

AYLINNS POV

Me and Daniel just finished eating dinner and now we decided to take a walk on the beach.

"Aylinn? "

"yea?"

"what do you think of me? "

"Well… I think your an amazing guy, whose sweet, funny, caring and talented.... and cute"

I say the last part in a low voice

"Oh Really? Well your very cute too, who am I kidding your beautiful"

I feel my cheecks turning red.

"Why the question? " I ask looking up at him.

He looks away at the sunset and then turns to look at me

"Even though we've known each other for a few weeks I feel like Ive know you forever. You always make me smile and it feels like when I'm around you time stops. I love when you laugh it smile because it just brightens up my day. Kinda corny but its how I feel. I dont know if you feel the same way about me but I really like you, not just the friend way but more. And well I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend? "

He's bitting his lip anxiously waiting for my answer and in my opinion, it makes him look cuter.

"Daniel, wow. Thats the nicest thing a boy has said to me. To be honest I feel the same way when I'm with you. And to answer Your question. Yes, I would like to be your girlfriend."

A big smile appears on his face and he grabs me from around the waist and twirls me around. He sets me down, kisses me on the cheeck and we turn around to look at the sunset, his arms wrapped around my waist. And I can say that this is the happiest I've felt in a very long time.

Yes!  I updated another chapter. Probably not as long as the one before but  I feel proud of myself haha anyways hope you enjoyed and hoped not a lot of you guys are angry at me for making Aylinn and Daniel together. Just be patient guys, it will all turn around probably in a few chapters.

Do you think Aylinn made the right decision being with Daniel? Will James ever admit his feelings? Is there jelousy brewing?
