Rare; Fionn Whitehead

"Ali we need to go, otherwise we'll miss the train" Fionn says while walking into the living room.
"Okay let me just get my things and then we can leave" she says while getting up to get her things.
"Okay" he replies while waiting for her.
She returns with her things in her hands so they leave the apartment, Fionn locking the door behind them. They get into his car and drive off to the train station which was only a few minutes away.
When they arrive they park the car in the parking lot before walking off to the terminal they need to be at. The train station is packed with people, which is no surprise since it's new years tonight. Fionn and Alice wait for a few minutes in the cold until the train comes. Alice had noticed what Fionn meant with the weather, it was always cold and wet, but since it is Winter it makes sense and quite frankly it didn't really bother her.
The train finally arrived and Alice grabbed onto Fionn's hand as they stepped into the train and sat down at some seats. Alice was sitting next to the window as Fionn sat on the other side. They held onto each other's hand and her head rested on his shoulder as the train drove off. Some teenage girls walked passed them and squealed as they saw Fionn, they were probably fans. It surprised her that they didn't ask for a picture, but maybe that was because she's sitting with Fionn and is resting her head on his shoulder.
"Those girls recognized you" Alice says laughing.
"Yeah, they did" Fionn replies laughing.
"Does it feel weird?" she asks.
"Yeah, a little" he replies.
"But I'm glad it's like only this and not hundreds of girls swarming me" he adds to his sentence.
"Yeah, makes sense" she replies.

After an hour they finally arrive at the London train station. Their hands are intertwined as they get off the train and walk out of the train station.
"So, where to first?" Alice asks as they reach the streets.
"Well i was thinking of just having a late lunch now, then going to the zoo or the aquarium, then walking around picadilly circus for a bit maybe do some shopping, then having dinner and then we can either start heading to the building where the fireworks are or hang out at a café for a little bit and then head to the fireworks" Fionn suggests.
"Can we do the zoo and the aquarium!?! I'll pay if i have to!!" she says getting excited which makes Fionn laugh.
"If you really want to sure, but you're not paying for my ticket" he says.
"Well i am paying for mine" she says sternly making Fionn laugh.
"If you must" he replies.
They decide to walk around and look for a restaurant that catches their eye.

Finally after walking for a few minutes they find a restaurant that catches their eye. They walk into the restaurant hand in hand and stand in line to wait to be seated.
"Oh my god, it's Fionn Whitehead" the waitress says as she notices them.
"Haha yep" Fionn says awkwardly.
"Can i have a picture?" she asks awkwardly.
"Sure" he replies smiling.
The waitress gets out her phone so Alice decides to move away.
"You can be in it as well!" the waitress says.
"Oh, are you sure?" she asks.
"Of course!" the waitress says so she moves in and the waitress takes the photo.
"So I'm assuming you're his girlfriend?" the waitress asks.
"Yes she is" Fionn says while putting his arm around Alice's waist and pulling her closer to him.
"Alice huh? So the rumours are true" the waitress says.
"Yep they are" he replies.
The waitress brings them to a table for two and hands them the menu's.

After having an amazing lunch they decided to head to the aquarium first and zoo next.
"I love animals" Alice says as they enter the aquarium.
"Yeah, i figured" Fionn replies laughing.
They continue to walk around and look at all the beautiful sea creatures.
After a while of walking through the aquarium they had finally reached the end and went straight to the zoo.
"Oh my god i can't deal with all the cuteness" Alice says as she sees the meerkats.
"I can't deal with your cuteness" Fionn says while pulling her in and kissing her.

After walking through the zoo for what felt like forever they finally finished. They took a taxi to picadilly circus and decided to have some coffee at a café and rest there before going shopping for a bit.
"You finally get that iced latte you've been wanting" Fionn jokes as they sit down at a table.
"And you finally get that nice and warm cappuccino you've been wanting" Alice replies laughing and Fionn laughs as well.
A waitress hands them their drinks before walking back off and going to another couple.
"What time is it?" Alice asks.
"5:23pm" Fionn replies.
"So we still have another 6 and a half hours?" Alice complains and Fionn laughs.
"Yep but we can chill here for about an hour and then go shopping which will take probably more than hour and then we have to drive to the building and then wait forever to get in there" Fionn says laughing.
"Yeah okay i guess it's not that bad" Alice replies.

After having been in the café for an hour just talking, then spending two hours shopping they have finally made it to the building where the fireworks are and have been waiting there for a while.
It is finally 11:51pm so there is 9 more minutes until midnight. Even though it was almost new years Fionn and Alice were both pretty tired after having spent a few hours in London walking around and doing things but they are determined to stay awake and fully enjoy the fireworks.
"I think the fireworks will wake us up" Alice says laughing.
"Let's hope so" Fionn replies laughing.
Then the countdown begings.
"10..9..8..7..6..5..4..3..2..1.. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!" everyone yells as the clock strikes midnight and the fireworks begin.
Fionn and Alice look at each other and Fionn wraps his arms around her waist while pulling her into him and smashing his lips on hers making her smile in between the kiss.
"Happy new year gorgeous" he says smiling.
"Happy new year" she replies smiling.
They continue to watch the fireworks all the way to the end and then take a taxi back to the train station. Luckily they didn't have to wait long for a train and got in as soon as it showed up.
Fionn and Alice tiredly walk into the train and find a seat. She rests her head on his shoulder with her hand intertwined with his. Within seconds she falls asleep. He smiles as he notices she fell asleep and kisses her forehand before looking out the window to the dark city.

sorry if this chapter is all over the place. if i were to go into depth with everything they did it would have taken three chapters or maybe even more and tbh they weren't that important plus the chapter is still on the long side 😂. hope you guys enjoyed tho x
