~ Sam's p.o.v.

People glared, stared, and gossiped once i walked through the hallways the second day back at school.  The attention of people i never knew knew me was scary. I want really used to this kind of attention and i felt like i was going to faint. With the various eyes that watched my every move, my heart began to pound against my chest, my hands began to get clammy, my eyes got blurry and i knew i was beginning to get drowsy.

" Sam, just- shit. Nina, she's fainting again!" i heard cat say to Nina from beside me.

I felt a pair of arms try to steady me up so i wouldn't fall to the floor, but then i felt someone carry me and put me over their shoulder. I heard Cat say something to Nina then to the person who was carrying me. " What are you doing here?! Everyone is going to bombard you you dickwad!" Cat argued and i heard a deep voice say something back but i wasn't able to hear who it was and what he said because right then and there i fainted.

My head pounded, my throat was dry and my vision was blurry as i opened them and tilted my head to see where i was. It was cold wherever i was at and it smelled like new cleaning supplies. The sound of phones ringing and peoples voices chattering the only thing being heard. But there were two distinctive voices who were whispering in the room. I listened closely to hear what the conversation was about. I knew it wasn't right of me to be eavesdropping, but then again they were in the same room as i was so there's nothing i can do about it.

" - i know Cat, but you have to believe me."

" I still cant even believe you chose her over me! I was the one who was there when you needed someone, she wasn't. She was the person who told you to suck it up and be a man! She doesn't even care about you the way i do and you know that!"

" I know, but i just thought that these feelings i have for you were just temporary because Perrie wasn't here. I thought that because of all the sneaking around and stuff was the only reason i felt that way towards you. I know that i'm a dick, but i really really like you Cat. You have no idea how much your on my mind when i'm with Perrie. It's just i fee-"

" Shut the fuck up and kiss me already!"

After that it was quiet. It was awkward for them to be kissing while i was supposed to be unconscious in a room. And it all came together. All those times that Cat came home with messed up hair, smudged up make up, and those pictures of them on her phone.

I smiled, That little dev-

" Sam? Is she awake?" I heard my mom ask. I shifted and opened my eyes as if i had just woken up.

" Oh baby, you alright." she gave me a warm hug rocking me slightly.

" Yeah. I am." i said.

" What happened?" she asked.

" She fainted." cat answered.

" Everyone's attention was on you, am i right?" she asked laughing calmly.

" Yeah."

" How'd you know?" Zayn asked.

" When she was little she always hated the spotlight. She wasnt even able to do presentations when at school." she turned to me and smiled," But now that your older, its going away" she smiled.
