Chapter 7

  Tae got back from class an hour ago and called Hoseok to come over to hang out, but he's been on his phone with Jungkook the whole time.  

Taehyung busted out laughing, which startled his friend who was sitting on the opposite side of the couch watching a cooking show. 

After hearing his laughter Hobi tried to sneak a glance at what was so entertaining to his friend. "What's so funny?"

"Nothing hoe," Tae said moving since Hoseok was getting closer.

The older sighed and looked out the window then back at Taehyung ,"You've been on that thing since I got here, lets go out and get some fresh air,"

Taehyung gave him a disgusted look and huffed "Fuck fresh air," 

"YOU'RE BLUSHING! WHO ARE U TALKING TO BITCH?" 

Hoseok jumped from his seat and basically put his whole weight on Taehyung, who was instantly startled by his friends outburst and dropped his phone on the floor. He pushed Hobi off of him to reach for it,  but his friend was already reading his messages.

"Oooooo who's 'kookie'?" Hoseok teased and waved the phone in Taehyung's face. The younger was red as a tomato at this point. 

"none of you're business hoe, now give me my phone!" he exclaimed and Hoseok ran around the house and started shouting. Taehyung chased after him and jumped on his back.

"GIVE IT BACK HOSEOK!" 

[Meanwhile at Jungkook's house]

"He hasn't responded in 15 minutes," 

Yoongi sighed while laying in Jungkooks bed trying to take a nap, while his friend was staring at his phone waiting for his crush?? to respond. Yoongi wasn't sure what to think of the whole thing, but he's never seen Jungkook so happy since the last relationship he's been in that didn't end so well.

"Maybe he's in the shower?" Yoongi said from under the sheets. 

*PING*

"SSSSSHHHH HE REPLIED!"

"Why are you shushing me you rat its not even a call!"

"Oh my god," 

Yoongi sat up and looked at Jungkook's flushed face. "Did he send you a nude?"

"No dumbass!" Jungkook yelled and Yoongi walked over to Jungkook's desk where the younger was sitting and looked at his phone screen.

"I better be best man or else this friendship is over," Yoongi said 

"Shut up yoongs,"Jungkook shoved him away and froze when his phone went off again. 

"Dammit you were so close to having a husband too," Yoongi said from behind Jungkook. He jumped up from his computer chair not noticing his friend had returned from hibernation.

"Whatever, we're just friends anyway," Jungkook said. 

"Bullshit," Yoongi said and looked at the time on his phone. "Well I gotta get home before my mom thinks I'm dead, see you tomorrow,"

Before Jungkook could say bye he was out the door. He looked over at the texts and frowned. Why was he hoping Tae was serious, and why did his stomach turn when he called him baby? And it wasn't even Tae who wrote it!

"Ugh, why am I even doing this?"

Because you like him idiot he thought.

Jungkook does like Taehyung, but he's never even met him in person. That was something he was slightly worried about, meeting his "crush" in person. Would tae stop talking to him if he knew what he looked like? Jungkook's always been insecure, but for now he'll just hold on to what he has and just see where it goes.

Seeing that Taehyung hasn't replied he went to get ready for bed.
