Meeting Them Again

By four o'clock we had our things packed and in the cars. There was a pretty good sized group coming with me, counting Alison, her mate, and the twins.

I put on a decent sized sweatshirt and pulled the good over my head to hide my face. I wanted to conceal myself or when I first met the Black Sage Pack. I didn't want them to know who I was just yet.

Alison chose to bring her car since she wanted to be with her mate and the twins chose their jeep. I chose to ride my white Mustang which I have been able to keep in pristine condition.

After a few hours of driving and jamming to music on the radio, we finally reached Black Sage territory. Basically the whole pack came with me and it would look kind of intimidating when 100 or so cars pulled into their territory. It probably looked strange to the humans who were staring out their car windows in shock.

I chose to leave my Beta at the pack house to watch over the families that wanted to stay which only consisted of pregnant woman and mothers with new born children to 16 year olds as well as fathers who chose to stay with their mate and child.

I got out of my car once we pulled into the driveway and the others who couldn't fit in the driveway since there wasn't enough room, parked along the deserted road outside the pack house.

I waited for the rest of the pack to join me who chose to stay a few steps back to give me my stance of power. My mother and father were the only ones who stood beside me when Alpha Malice stepped out of the pack house.

I felt anger boil through me. Just looking at him made me want to rip his head off.

"Thank you for coming Alpha Kaine. We are very grateful, we need all the help we can get." He spoke, giving a small almost non-existent smile as he looked at my father and stuck his hand out.

My father shook his head and took a step back as did my mother.

The Alpha looked at me and then the pack.

"Then who is Alpha?" He refrained himself from barking.

"Well since I'm the one standing in from of the whole pack, who the hell do you think is the Alpha?" I snapped.

"You? You're the Alpha?" He sputtered.

"That's impossible. There has never been a female Alpha and there never will be. Get you was out of La La Land, girl." He chuckled and I growled.

The pack sank to their knees to show just how truthful I was being.

"Sorry to disappoint you, but it's already been done." I sneered and he jumped back at the power leaking from my voice.

Jeez, is this guys soft or what?

My pack stood.

"Show your face...Alpha." He said hesitantly.

"No." I refused and he scowled.

"Baby, who is this?" A very annoyingly familiar voice asked.

It was Amanda. She is the Alpha's mate and the pack's whore. My dad's slept with her a few times. The Alpha doesn't realize that she cheats on her, though, it maybe he just ignores it. Either way, he's still pathetic.

"Apparently the Alpha." He muttered.

"Do we have a problem?" I snarled through clenched teeth. He was just working my nerves right now.

My wolf wanted to be let out and have a go at them. She hated the way he spat at her in disrespect. He was just the same as he was before I left.

"Yes, I do. Female werewolves are not strong enough to be Alphas. They are weak compared to males." He seethed and I let my wolf take control.
