His Fate (Re-Written)

Ch.

Gray sat in his room, watching for any signs of movement in her room. "She's not home yet?" He thought, it'd been days since the accident. Gray slumped over to his bed. "That girl has gotten into my head, hasn't she?" He whispered looking up at the celling.

The day grew darker, as the sun set. Gray watched as the shadows spread across the walls, and ceiling. He sighed. "Another day. Wasted."

Gray rolled over, sitting up on the edge of the bed, with his feet in the floor. From outside his window he heard muffled voices, he looked over and through his window he saw light from inside Juvia's window.

"She's home." He thought, he decided to leave her be, and talk to her tomorrow.

The next day came, Gray got out of bed and got ready for the day, since it was a Sunday, he had a day off from school. He walked out of the door, and walked up Juvia's driveway.

Gray knocked on the door, and breathed in deeply. A man with long black hair, and piercings answered the door. "You must be Gray." He said, Gray gulped. This man seemed threatening.

"I'm Gajeel, Natsu, and Juvia's brother. Come in, I'll go get them." Gajeel greeted, Gray nodded and walked in the house. The house was put together pretty nicely.

Gray sat on the couch, when he heard footsteps approaching him. "GRAY!" A feminine voice called out before he got knocked off the couch.

Gray looked up and saw Juvia. "You scared me." He said. She got off him, and dusted herself off. "Good." She said.

Natsu came walking in with a cookie. "Sup Gray?" Natsu said between chewing on the cookie that was already in his mouth. Gajeel came up behind him and smacked him on the head. "I said no talking with a full mouth" Gajeel said, Natsu rubbed his head.

"I forgot" he replied, Gray and Juvia snickered.

Gajeel disappeared off into another part of the house, as three sat on the couch. "So Juvia, Do you need notes for any of our classes?" Gray asked, Juvia scratched her head and laughed nervously.

"I take that as a yes." Gray said. Natsu studied Gray's face. "Have you been shaving?" Natsu asked. Gray touched his face, he felt stubbles of facial hair.

"I guess I kept forgetting." Gray answered, Natsu shook his head. Juvia looked up and down at Gray, and gasped. "YOURE THINNER THAN USUAL!" She yelled.

Gray realized in that moment, he hasn't ate much in these past few days. "I may have not eaten since..." Gray nervously said.

"Since?" Juvia asked leaning closer to him. Gray blushed and turned his face from her. "Since before you were got put in the hospital." He replied.

"What?!" A voice called out, and Gajeel came into the room. He walked up to Gray. "Come with me" He said before dragging Gray into the kitchen.

"Sit. There. Now." Gajeel said, pointing to a chair at the table. Gray sat where he was told to. Before he knew it, Gajeel set a plateful of food in front of him. "Eat!" Gajeel sternly said.

Gray nodded, and ate his food. After finishing his food. He looked up to find Juvia standing in front of him with her arms crossed. "Gray Fullbuster! You can not just starve yourself, you could die!" She yelled.

Gray looked in her blue and brown eyes, they were filled with sadness and worry. "I didn't mean to." He said. Juvia walked up to him and handed him something.

"Whats this?" He asked, looking at the small thing. "It's a reminder, it will go off at certain times, reminding you to eat or take medication." She replied.

Gray put it in his pocket, and stood up. "So is there any place you guys wanna go?" He asked. Gajeel gestured to the dishes.

"I'm busy with housework, but they can get out of the house for a bit." He said. Before shoving the three out the door and handing Juvia her bag. "You guys have money, so don't starve yourselves." He said before closing the door.

"What just happened?" Natsu asked. Juvia shrugged, and Gray stood there shocked. "I'm with you, what did just happen?" He said.

Juvia jumped excitedly, and grabbed them by the hands. "Time to go to the amusement park!" She said, as she pulled them down the driveway.

Gray watched as her ponytail bounced in the wind. Natsu looked at Gray and smiled at the sight of him smiling at Juvia.

A couple minutes they reached the amusement park. "I want to ride that!" Juvia said pointing at the roller coaster, Natsu shuddered. "You know how rides make me sick" he groaned. Juvia nodded. "I know that's why I'm taking Gray!" She said before shoving her bag in Natsu arms, and dragging Gray once more.

"Don't look down Gray!" Natsu yelled as the two disappeared into the crowd. Natsu shook his head, and chuckled. "At least she's smiling." He said quietly before walking over the food court.

Gray, and Juvia waited in line. The line felt like his was going on forever. "This taking forever." Juvia sighed inpatient. Gray smirked. "This lines getting you down isn't it?" He said. Juvia punch him playfully. "No way!" She said.

They finally made it to the front of the line, and boarded the ride. Once the ride worker checked the seats, making sure they were all secure. He started the ride.

The roller coaster cart slide across the track with a shrill sound, Gray cringed at the sound. As the cart went up the first hill, Juvia grabbed Gray's hand.

The cart  stopped momentarily, before plunging down the hill. Juvia screamed as they zipped down it. Gray as well screamed. The wind raced past them.

There were many turns, and drop offs before the cart came to a skidding stop at the entrance. Juvia got off the cart, Gray did as well.

"That was fun!" She squealed. Gray nodded. He noticed her windswept ponytail. "Nice look" he said covering his mouth to hide the laughter.

She stuck her finger up. "You're one to talk." She replied. He touched his hair, it felt tangled. They laughed at eachother before joining Natsu in the food court.

"You guys look like a mess." He said, referring to their hair. They nodded telling him they already knew. The three ate some food before looking at the games. Juvia stopped when she saw a panda stuffed animal.

"That's so cute!" She said pointing at it. Gray looked at it then the game. Of course it was basketball. "I'll win it for you." He said.

"You don't have to." She said refusing his offer. But Gray shook his head. "I don't have to, I want to." He said before handing the money over to the man in charge of the game.

"You have ten shots, make all ten, and you get to take home that panda." He said. Gray smirked.

"Juvia pick out a name for it." Gray said, Juvia watched as Gray made every one of the shots. The man stood there dumbfounded.

"You did it." He said shocked. Gray pointed at the panda. "She'll take that" He said, as the man handed Juvia the bear. She hugged it tightly.

"Thank you Gray" She said. Gray smiled. "No problem."

After playing a few games, the three decided to go home. Gray waved goodbye to the twins, and entered his home.

Ch. 4 completed, Also in this book Juvia has one brown eye, and one blue. Because in the Manga and official art she has dark brown. But in the anime she has blue.
