Gray walked into Juvia's room, where the girl awaited him with a smile. "Hey Via." He said.
"Hi Gray" she replied, as he sat on the foot of her bed. The two gazed into eachothers eyes, Juvia grabbed Gray's hands into her soft hands. Gray smiled at her, Natsu walked in.
"You guys look cute." He said, as he leaned against the door way.
"Hey Natsu, can I talk to you?" Gray asked, as he stood up, and walked over to Natsu. Natsu nodded. "We'll be right back Juvia." Gray called out. Juvia waved to them as the walked out of the door.
The two walked through the garden, Gray looked at his shoes. "Natsu?" Gray asked. Natsu looked at him. "Gray?"
"I want to do more with Juvia, I love her." Gray said. Natsu looked at him and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Gray I'll help you, Juvia's happier with you, and the only thing I want is for her to be happy." Natsu replied.
"What should I do?" Gray asked. Natsu whispered in his ear. "Really? Do you think she'll want to?" Gray asked. Natsu nodded.
The wind blew across them. "We should go get the stuff." Natsu said, before walking away, Gray followed behind him. The two walked in silence.
They walked into a flower shop, they roamed around. "So what's Juvia's favorite flower?" Gray asked touching a rose, Natsu walked over to a display of flowers, and picked a bouquet up, and walked over to Gray.
"These are, they're called Anemone flowers, they represent rain." Natsu said handing Gray the bouquet. Gray took the flowers in his hands, and studied them. Their petals were a dark purple, and their fragrance was sweet.
"They kinda remind me of her." Gray said touching the petals of one, he smiled but then he picked up a bouquet of lavender roses and a bouquet of Gladioluses. "I'll get all these." He said holding the three bouquets.
The two walked over to the cashier, her cheerful face and kind eyes welcomed them. "Lavender Roses, meaning love at first sight. And Gladioluses, meaning strength." She said taking the flowers from Gray.
Gray looked at her name tag. "That's what they mean, Hinami-San?" Gray asked, the girl nodded. She unwrapped the flowers and put them in a vase, and wrapped a bow around the neck of the vase.
"This must be a very special person." Hinami said, Gray nodded with a slight blush. Hinami looked over to Natsu. "You're a very lucky man." She said.
Gray's and Natsu's faces darken with a blush, and Natsu started stuttering. "N-no, h-he's d-dating m-my s-sister." Gray nodded vigorously.
Hinami blushed in embarrassment. "Oh I thought you two were together, not like I'm judging, my brother is married to a man." She said quickly. Gray looked at her for a moment, he could see Juvia in her.
A few seconds go by, and a man about two years older than her walks in. "Hina, I got that book you wanted." He said, walking up to her and handing her the book. Hinami gestured to him.
"Meet mu husband Ayato." She said, Ayato nodded as a greeting mechanism. Gray paid for the flowers, and waved at the young shop owners. "Sorry, but we've got more places to shop, see ya later." Gray said, Natsu waved goodbye as well.
Hinami waved sweetly as the two walked out of the shop.
"That was hilarious, I can't believe she thought we were together." Gray laughed, he heard Natsu stop walking, and heard him sniffle. Gray turned around to see the boy hiding his face.
"Natsu what's wrong?" Gray called out. Natsu looked up at him with a sad smile, and tears running down his face. "I don't know, Gray. I think I like you." He said. Gray stood froze in shock at what the boy said.
"Natsu." Gray whispered. Natsu shook his head. "I know it's stupid of me, but I can't help it, you're too kind, and sweet, but I know I already lost to Juvia. But she's happy so I'm happy. I swear." Natsu said, wiping at his face. Gray hugged the boy.
"Natsu, you don't have to cry, please don't cry." Gray whispered. Natsu sniffled. "I'm sorry Gray." He said. Gray shook his head. "It's ok Natsu, you'll find someone who will return your feelings, I'm sorry I can't, I'm not the right person for you." Gray replied.
Natsu nodded his head.
