After getting out of practice, Gray slumped over onto his couch, laying on his stomach, his muscles and legs ached. He groaned in pain. Gray heard the doorbell ring, but didn't feel like getting up. He laid there as the door opened and Juvia walked in. "GRAY!" She yelled running over to him.
She shook him, and he groaned in pain. Juvia sighed in relief. "I swear you look dead, and kinda smell like it too." She said. Gray looked up at her with his eyes. "I feel like I'm dying." He replied.
Juvia put her and on her in chin in thought. "I'll be right back!" She said before disappearing into Gray's house. Gray laid there listening to the cabinets open and shut, and foot steps receding. "Found some!" Juvia's voice called out.
Gray raised an eyebrow. He heard her pour something and open the microwave. A couple minutes later she came back, and placed a sock on the lower are of his back. He immediately felt better.
"What is that?" Gray asked. Juvia kneeled down into front of him. "Just rice in a sock, with some essential oils." She replied.
"Where'd you find the essential oils?" He asked.
"I always have them with me, by the way I'm staying with you until you're up and walking again." Juvia said.
"You don't have to." Gray replied. Juvia stood up and walked around the couch and picked up his bag. "You stayed with me, so I'm staying with you." She replied, hanging his bag in the closet and talking out the dirty practice clothes.
"I'm going to wash these, and make us some dinner. What would you like?" She asked. Gray thought for a moment. "What about Cashew Chicken?" He offered.
"That sounds like a good idea, now sleep I'll wake you when dinners ready." She said disappearing into the back of the house. Once she had started cooking, her singing lulled Gray to sleep.
About two hours later, Juvia gently shook Gray awake. "Gray time to wake up, dinners ready." She called out to him with a sweet voice.
Gray sat up, he didn't feel any pain anymore. "Wow, I don't hurt anymore." He said standing up.
"Good." Said Juvia as smiled to him, Gray smiled back.
The two walked into the dinning room, and the smell made Gray's mouth water. "That smells delicious." He said, as he sat down. Juvia sat across from him. The two said blessings, and began eating.
"This is the best Cashew Chicken, I've ever eaten." He said, Juvia blushed slightly. "Thank you."
After finishing, Juvia went into the kitchen and came out with desert. "I hope you like Carmade Franks." Juvia said placing some in-front of Gray, and sitting down beside him. Gray's eyes lit up. "These were my favorite growing up, my mom used to make them all the time." He said
"Really?" Juvia asked, Gray nodded picking up one of the sticky pastries. Gray bit into the sweet cake. "This is really amazing." He said with his mouth full, Juvia playfully slapped him.
"No talking with your mouth full." She said as she picked up a Caramade Frank. "I've never actually eaten one of these before, I made it tonight because they looked good." She said laughing nervously, as she bit into hers.
"My Goodness This is good!" She squealed. Gray wiped his mouth and watched her as she finished hers. He chuckled at the sight of the caramel on the side of her face. "You got some right here." He said as he wiped it off with his thumb.
As his thumb gently rubbed her face getting the caramel off, Juvia looked into his deep raven eyes. He stopped, and looked into her eyes.
The two leaned in, Juvia cupped Gray's face. Their lips brushed across eachother, until meeting. The kiss made the world feel like it stopped spinning, and time aphad no effect. Gray pulled Juvia in closer deepening the kiss.
The two broke apart, their faces hot with blush. Gray looked over at Juvia with his face still beat red. Juvia looked at the time.
"Wow it's getting late! I'm sorry Gajeel with kill me if I stay out any later." She said standing up. Gray stood up with her.
"I'll walk you home." Gray offered Juvia nodded acceptingly. The two walked out Gray's home, and over to Juvia's.
"Oh and Juvia, I hope you don't ignore me after that whole kiss thing." Gray said as Juvia opened her door.
"I won't, and plus thank you for cleaning off the caramel." She said. Gray nodded. "Thank you for cooking dinner for me." He said
Juvia closed the door, after saying goodbye. Gray walked back into his house, and walked into the bathroom, he looked at his reflection." The blush was faint at this point. Gray pulled his clothes off and jumped into the shower.
After Gray got out of the shower, he walked down and cleaned up the dining room. His phone began to ring like crazy.
He picked it up. "Natsu?"
