Each month focus on each new set of habits, dont stop doing the previous months habits though, these habits are supposed to build on each other.

January- drink 64oz. Of water daily
Focus on the positive
Eat Vegetables 3 times daily

February- focus on breakfast
Keep a food diary
Cut out processed sugar

March- Get 7-8 hours of sleep every night
Cut out candy and soda from your diet

April- Prep food ahead of time
Workout 10 minutes daily

May- Take more walks
Start a new workout program
Cut out hydrogenated oils, trans fats, and high fructose
Corn syrup

June- Eat half a plate of fruit and vegetables with every meal
Drink a tall glass of water every morning
Sleep 8 hours

July- Downsize the size of plates you are using
Aim for 10,000 steps daily

August- Eat less meat
Go junk food free

September- Increase Workout to 20 minutes daily
Meditate

October- Eat Slower
Go Meatless Mondays
Eat more salmon and walnuts

November- Use electronics less
Increase Workout to 30 minutes daily
Practice gratitude

December- Dont skip meals
Get more sleep
