♥♥♥Cyn's POV♥♥♥

"Calvin, where exactly are we going?" I asked him. Here I am sitting in the shotgun seat of his car. The sun had already set and the lamp posts turned on one by one enlightening our way. I felt so fidgety. Where is this guy taking me? Ever since we left the house he would glance in my direction and say nothing at all.

"You'll see," was all he replied with a smile.

I took my phone out to actually look at my reflection on the screen. Calvin noticed my actions.

"Cyn there's a mirror here," he said pulling down the sun visor. "And there's no point of looking at yourself in them mirror," he added as he halted the car because the stoplight was blazing red. "You're beautiful."

You're beautiful, I thought. That sounds absolutely nice coming from this hot guy sitting a few inches away from me. I felt how sincere those words were coming from him.

"Thank you," I replied feeling my cheeks redden.

I pushed back up the sun visor feeling happy with the way I look. How I wish I heard those words from Ken. He'll never know that I've always love him.

We finally arrived at our destination. Wow, this is my first date, I thought to myself. Or, is it a date? He did ask me to hang out with him. I just don't get why Sophia spent so much time prepping me up for this so called HANG OUT. Maybe this is a date? Well, whatever it is I might as well enjoy this. Calvin smoothly parked his car in front of a cottage like place.

"Cynthia shall we?" he said as he opened the car door and helping me out. Damn these heels. I really should have worn flats.

We walked along towards the cottage like place. Calvin pacing ever so near to me. We reached the door and he pulled it open. Never has a guy actually done have for me. I looked around. Wow, this looks cozy. It was a small restaurant. Every detail within the restaurant looked antique. It gave you a feeling that you would feel so at home.

"Good evening, a table for two?" a young woman asked as we entered the premises.

"Yes, for me and my lady here," Calvin answered as if we were royalty.

She told us to follow her to a table near the far corner of the restaurant.

"I'll be back in a few to take your order," she told us handing over a menu to both of us. She smiled and walked away.

"So Cynthia, what do you want to order?"

"Hmm, anything will do, I'm actually starving," I said honestly.

"Right, leave it up to me. Thanks for being honest."

"Honest? For what?"

"Well, most girls just want to order salads. I don't like girls without an appetite."

"I'm not like those girls, as you see, people actually call me a tomboy for being around those boy often." I explained.

"Well those people are wrong for judging you."

"Thanks."

It left so natural talking to Calvin. No awkwardness at all.

"I really like you Cynthia," he admitted catching me off guard.
