|| Five Days? ||

"I can't handle this!" I say, laying down on the bench. 

"Yes, you can. You've handled much worse than this." Mason says, making me sit up. "You're practically the alpha now."

"I'm nothing without her!"

Corey puts on the padding. "Can you help me with this please?"

"Chelsea left me."

"She went to visit Stiles!" Mason says. "It's not like she dumped you or anything."

Mason's phone goes off. 

"Um Scott just said Coach is flipping out."

"Scott's leaving too!"

"Going to college is not leaving. It's called growing up. Besides, we're all going to be going to different colleges soon."

"I thought we were both applying to UCLA?" Corey asks, making the situation worse. 

"You're applying to the same school?" I lay back down. "Chelsea won't go to the same school as me."

"That's because she wants to be a doctor! She's aiming for the best programs. I don't think you want to do pre-med."

"No, but that's not the point!"

"How is he going to survive college if he's useless without her after five days?" Corey asks. 

"See! That's my point!" I say. "We're going to be in different places and there's nothing I can do to stop it."

Mason sighs as he puts my jersey on me.

"Look, Chelsea is my motivation out on the field." I say, making the two boys stare at me. 

"So use that and go out there!" Mason smiles. 

"I can't, that's the problem."

"Why not?" Corey asks. 

"She's my rock out on the field. When I'm out there, I look for her smile. Her smile is the reason I'm sane out of the field. The reason I don't wolf out."

"Wow"

"And- and when she's out there on the sideline, cheering me on. I listen for that. Her voice calms me down."

"What about before you knew her?" Corey asks.

I stare at him. "Those were some darks times."

"You don't want to get into that." Mason says. "I'm going to call her."

~Chelsea POV~

"You didn't!" I shout, making the people on the street stare at me.

"I spit my water out and everything. It was embarrassing."

"I can't imagine why." I say, making Stiles glare at me. 

"Enough of the sarcasm."

"Oh please. I'm a Stilinski, it's practically in my DNA."

He laughs.

"So where are we-"

I'm interrupted by my phone going off. 

"Hello?" 

"You HAVE to come back. Like now!" Mason says from the other line.

"What? Why? What the hell happened?"
