Riders on the Storm

The doors open, and the halls are now deserted.

Theo was gone, meaning we had lost someone important to this fight. 

"Why did he do that?" 

"Because he knows we're going to get him back one way or another." I say. 

"Do you hear that?" Liam asks me. 

I tuck my hair behind my ear and listen. 

"What is that?"

I turn my head to see a board, and one of the slots is quickly going through several cities before stopping on Beacon Hills. 

"What is that?" Liam walks towards it. 

"It's from the train station." I shake my head. "That means they're about to take over Beacon Hills. They're getting closer to winning this."

"We need to stop them." 

~Third Person POV~

"Lydia?" 

He looks around the station, trying to find out where the voice is coming from. 

'Attention passengers. The train will arrive in twenty-five minutes'

Everyone stands up, keeping him from walking any farther. 

Until a gun goes off. 

He looks over to see someone standing with a gun above his head. 

"Give the boy some room!" The man shouts. 

"Dad? Dad!"

He runs toward his father and hugs him. 

"I can't believe I found you." The man whispers. 

"I- I can hear Lydia. I think... I think I can get to her. I think she can get us out of here."

The tunnel behind them lights up, a bright green filling the train station.

"You need to get out of here, don't worry about me." 

"Dad-"

"Go! Get help, find your sister and your friends."

"What about you?"

"We'll find each other again."

"Dad-"

"Stiles, I'll hold them back. Now go."

With that, Stiles runs off in the direction of Lydia's voice. He runs down the tracks, and a rift opens up. 

"Keep going! I see you!" Lydia shouts. 

He runs through the rift, disappearing without a trace.

Somewhere in the distance, a blue jeep turns on, a familiar face behind the wheel. 

~Chelsea POV~

"This is happening everywhere?" Scott asks. 

"Here, the school, lacrosse field." 

"What does this mean?"

"It means it's working." 

We turn around to see Mr Douglas at the other end of the hall, growling. 

"He can't take the three of us, right?" Liam asks. 

"No way" Scott says, his eyes now glowing.
