They were still laughing as they drove over to the hotdog place. They were having so much fun that they forgot to look at the time. The hot dog place was new. They didn't have any speakers or anything. When 9 o'clock rolled around they didn't realize. The workers had all left but the 2 hadn't thought anything of it. They were sitting there enjoying laughing and hotdogs when they heard a bang at the door.
They both looked over at the same second. It was a nasty. The panicked and ran into the back of the kitchen.
" I can start and unlock my car from here. If we make a run for it then we'll be able to get out of here. We can just head over to my place. I don't want to risk you getting attacked." Cole said.
"Okay. Tell me when to start ru-"
"NOW" Cole yelled as he started to run.
Ashley followed but quickly caught up and was ahead of Cole. She was a track runner. She was top of her team. They ran but struggled to open the doors. Finally they got them opened. Cole immediately drove off. He didn't even care how terrible his driving was at the moment.
"Oh my goodness. That was insane. We should have been looking at the time. We could have died. I..Wow. We did that! Were so cool!" Ashley said 10 times fast.
"I gotta admit that was pretty cool."
"Pretty cool?!? That was awesome!!!" ashley said. Cole looked over and could see the excitement in her eyes.
"You're so cute when your excite-" Cole said. "Sorry. I didn't mean to say that out loud.
Cole looked over and saw Ashley grinning from ear to ear. He had never seen her smile so big.
